  • Building the >BEAST< ;)

    OK i have been doing pe for 8 months now and i need to start keeping a log! so here it is! for the first 5 months i did the jp routine and to my dissappointment i saw no gains what so ever! However, i soldiered on and i am doing a length targeting programe i made my self called the stretchtug programme and i have had some success! but first here are my initial measurements:

    FL: 3"
    FG: 3.75"
    BPEL: 5.6"
    NBPEL: 5"
    MSEG:4.5"


    and here is the stretchtug programme i am currently using, (there are a few tweeks from my original design thanks to Schlittle and Raider):

    20min fowfer warm up,

    stretches: forward, up, left, and right. 20 seconds each, 2 sets.

    main session:
    20 jai stretches
    1 tunica tug for 45 seconds
    bundled stretche both directions, 30 seconds each.

    repeat main session 4 times.

    helecopter swings with a few dry jelqs followed by kegels and reverse kegels.


    i have been doing the stretch tug programme for 3, 1/2 months now and i have gained 0.25" in length! so i am pleased with this! Im off to do my session now! so wish me luck!

      Nice avatar!
      Good decision to start your log. I had been PE'ing about 8 months before I got smart enough to start mine. I think that you will find it very helpful.
      You might think about finishing off each session with some edging just to make sure that fresh blood is getting to all the nooks and crannies.

              Log One

              Today's session complete! felt great and i noticed during and after the session my flaccid was hanging quite nicely! lets hope my normal flaccid will eventually be like that! lol also i forgot to mention i am taking multi-vitamins and zink. Overall it was a good session. I will be looking to measure at least once a month, maybe once every two months.

                    todays session was good! got some good stretching done and i decided to add a couple Ulis in at the end which were brilliant! no negative PI's so its all good on deck!

                      Log four

                      had to abort todays session! :/ as soon as i had finished the warm up my penis was as hard as a rock!!! i waited for the errection to subside however as soon as i began doing my routine i instantly got hard again and i had to keep stopping. Finally after half hour of trying i didn't even make it past the regular stretches so i did some ulis and gave up :/ im not sure why this happened? im not horny at all.

                      Any ideas as to what i should have done guys ?

                        when im doing a length routine and i can't keep it down, i masturbate. then i wait an hour and start my routine over.

                        you might think about adding a different type of warmup. a rice sock is my favorite. the reason is that you need to soften the connective tissues and ligaments, and in order to do that you need more than normal body heat. you want your penis and the surrounding tissues (not the testicles!) heated up to probably 105-107degrees F, maybe a touch more. 20 minute warmup with a rice sock or a heating pad. this will speed your gains. good luck!

                            ok sorry I havent posted for a few days, have been a little busy lol but I have been trainning! and all is going well! no negative PI's so all is good! gonna do a late session tonight and ill post on here as soon as im done!

                              Log Six

                              Today's session was a late one but a good one! good flaccid hang though out and i decided to add 3 ulis after the stretches but before the edging. The ulis felt great and i think they will be a permanent addition to my program. No negative PI's so all is good! Also im going to be doing an extra session tomorrow to make up for the session i had to abort earlier on. (don't worry, im not pushing my self to hard to make up... i feel that i can do it lol )
