OK i have been doing pe for 8 months now and i need to start keeping a log! so here it is! for the first 5 months i did the jp routine and to my dissappointment i saw no gains what so ever! However, i soldiered on and i am doing a length targeting programe i made my self called the stretchtug programme and i have had some success! but first here are my initial measurements:
FL: 3"
FG: 3.75"
BPEL: 5.6"
NBPEL: 5"
MSEG:4.5"
and here is the stretchtug programme i am currently using, (there are a few tweeks from my original design thanks to Schlittle and Raider):
20min fowfer warm up,
stretches: forward, up, left, and right. 20 seconds each, 2 sets.
main session:
20 jai stretches
1 tunica tug for 45 seconds
bundled stretche both directions, 30 seconds each.
repeat main session 4 times.
helecopter swings with a few dry jelqs followed by kegels and reverse kegels.
i have been doing the stretch tug programme for 3, 1/2 months now and i have gained 0.25" in length! so i am pleased with this! Im off to do my session now! so wish me luck!
