    Greetings to all,

I finally decided to become a member and get serious about PE. I have lurked around the site for more than a year now, learning a bit along the way, and I now think I'm ready to start up for real. I began PE more than a year ago, following JP's beginner routine, but fell off after about a month or so. Looking back, it seems obvious that I was not taking it seriously, but those days are gone!

For the past two weeks I have done my own "lite" version of JP's program in preparation for the real deal. I have been going 5 days on, 2 days off. I always started out with plenty of warm up before each session (15mins or so at least) followed by stretching only with kegels. I started out doing 15-20 kegels per stretch in each direction (left, right, straight out, straight up) and am now up to 25 as of today's real JP routine. In between, I did the 10 large circles in both directions, followed by liberal helicopter shaking (usually 20 revolutions in each hand). I did not incorporate wet jelqs or v-jelqs at all in this lite routine (Not that I don't know how - I was doing them about a year ago when I first started learning about PE) as I wanted to be completely sure I was ready. Today's routine went by as smoothly as I imagine is possible. Maybe the lubricant helped?

My *first* JP beginner routine today consisted of warm up, stretching with kegels (big circles in both directions, helicopter shakes), wet jelqs, v-jelqs, and a cool down (light stretching added as well in the cool down). The reps/numbers of each type of exercise performed followed JP's program exactly. I was maybe a bit more liberal with helicopter shakes throughout than the routine calls for...

Well, that's about it for now. I plan to go 5 on 2 off to start, but if I find out that is too much to start, I may back down. I am a sport climber/boulderer, so I feel I know the importance of taking time off to recover. I'll keep updating with any news. Hopefully this log will do its job...keeping me focused and making me do my job...

    Adios.

My initial measurements are supposedly included in my signature, but I cannot see them/the signature when I view this thread. I am sure I have it set to allow everyone to see my signature and avatar (which I can see). Any ideas? I'm pretty sure I had "Show your signature" checked. Either way, here they are:

Today's routine was identical to yesterday's routine.

I did note some difficulty keeping erection levels down. I just waited for them to subside a bit.

            Day 3:

Same routine tonight, with less difficulty keeping erection levels down. I have decided to set my first PE goal today. It will officially be the following:

            BPEL: 20cm
            EG: 14cm

            Good luck, self.

            Adios.

              Day 4:

Wasn't feeling it yesterday, so I did a total of 200 kegels over a period of about 3 hours. These were not quick, but rather strong and each held for at least 2 seconds. I feel better today, so I'll probably get back to the JP routine tonight.

              Adios.

Welcome man, this place is awesome for any mens health question you got. Logs are good for motivation, i fell off several times before committing to a log. Keep your grip on the jelq light, and don't stretch to pain. Good luck!

Today was much better than yesterday.

I did the JP routine without any problems.

                      Day 8:

Today's routine felt good after a two day rest period. No problems. Kinda fighting back the urge to take measurements again to look for any gains, but I will wait.

One more day of JPs routine completed.

                      Adios.

                        Day 9: (yesterday)

Took the day off as I was driving most of the day, had no real time for PE. Was too tired to do anything anyway.

                        Day 10:

Good JP routine today, no problems, followed verbatim.

                        Adios.

                          Day 11:

Good routine today, maintaining appropriate erection levels. One of the best ones thus far. I think the routine part is kicking in, its becoming more and more consistent each PE session.

                          Adios.

Took today off, as I noticed some blood blisters have begun forming. Will start up again tomorrow if they are gone by then.

                              Day 13:

So after a substantially long break (about a week - too long, but the blood blisters are gone and I am feeling good) I completed what I am calling day 13. Just another normal JP routine. No real problems noticed. I did use a vaseline-based lotion instead of the usual extra virgin olive oil. I liked it a bit better, honestly, but I think I will go back to EVOO because of what I have been reading about it. People say good things. Also, I want to start a more uniform log with a standard style. I'll look at other logs to get good ideas of what I want.

                              Adios.
