Hey Everyone!
After many days of hesitation, finally I decided to start my PE career today. I've been trying out some PE exercises before just to see how they feel. I've been also reading a lot of posts, progress logs, opinions of others on this forum. So after all, I have started doing PE today.
Here is what my current routine looks like:
1) warm up > 8-10 minutes
2) stretch (starting with some JAI stretch / Basic stretch / Rotating stretch - Helicopter Shakes before, between, after them) > 7-9 minutes
4) wet jelqs > about 10-12 minutes
5) cool down > 3-4 minutes
Pros:
Finally I started my PE routine. I did pretty much what I wanted for today.
Cons:
I think my warm up wasn't effective enough, because I could barely stretch out my penis. It just wasn't loose enough...
I will try to touch up my warm ups next time.
So that's pretty much for today. I'm going to measure myself on March 8.

I think Rib has given you some good advice. You can always increase your length of time for each exercise as you go along. Increase length and intensity very slowly so that you don't hurt yourself. I also agree with Rib that you should extend your warm-up. Even a fifteen minute warm-up is not a bad idea.
