        Skipped the past 2 days, making up for it today..
        • 17 min warm up
        • Heli shakes, then 3 sec jelqs for 5 mins
        • 5 sets of 12 rubber band kegels as well as reverse kegels.

        Starting to get easier to get erect, session ended with minor pre cum.

        Need to hydrate today, piss is so yellow, barely drank any water...

        Will do my other set to make up tonight.

        Looking to add testicle jelqs soon, my testes are always turtled, and looking into the fire starter as opposed to heli shakes.

          Didn't ended up doing that follow up session, felt I worked it up enough that day. Yesterday's routine was fine, could have warmed up better, jelqed 5 mins.

          Today, bumping up to 10 minutes.

            Taking a minor change in my jelqing approach, other than that, tomorrow's a new day.

              Adding some new supplements to the mix, should last me a while since I only take one per day I do my routine.

              Added lysine, l-arginine, saw palmetto, and zinc to the mix.

              Going to do some squats, and some cardio then my routine later today

                    Had a nice workout this morning, ate some celery, and took l-arginine/saw palmetto.

                    Going to head to the mall a bit, grab some food, check out some stores for clothes, and talk to some ladies. Then head back home to get to my PT appointment. Today is looking good.

                    Will do my PE workout later tonight.

                    Honest can't wait until I can start clamping. That's so far away though :/
