Skipped the past 2 days, making up for it today..- 17 min warm up
- Heli shakes, then 3 sec jelqs for 5 mins
- 5 sets of 12 rubber band kegels as well as reverse kegels.
Starting to get easier to get erect, session ended with minor pre cum.
Need to hydrate today, piss is so yellow, barely drank any water...
Will do my other set to make up tonight.

Had a nice workout this morning, ate some celery, and took l-arginine/saw palmetto.
Going to head to the mall a bit, grab some food, check out some stores for clothes, and talk to some ladies. Then head back home to get to my PT appointment. Today is looking good.
