I'm starting this thread for my own knowledge and record. If you feel you want to encourage or spread some knowledge go ahead. All positive feedback is accepted.

I ran into this "jelq" info a while back maybe 5 or so years ago. I didn't find any "free" sites where I could get the proper info I needed to actually start PE. After reading tons of other sites on these methods I found some info on it and started to put together my own way of doing it. Initially I started with EL-6.1" and EG-4.1. But after doing methods in either the wrong way/order, my EL actually went down.

I attribute that to the lack of knowledge I was obtaining from the internet and not letting myself rest. I was on it, I guess some would say, pretty intense right from the beginning. My EG went up to 4.6" but my EL went down to 5.8". I stopped working at it for a time and soon forgot about the PE all together.

Now that I found this forum with others spreading their knowledge and experience, I see that this was working but I was just working it the wrong way. So I'm recommitting myself to these exercises. And I'm quite confident that by the end of 2009 I will be a better man to stand.

    Current Specs:
    BPEL: 5.8"
    BPEG: 4.6"

When finished I'm looking to end up at or around:
    BPEL (goal): 8" (+/- .5")
    BPEG (goal): 5.5" (+/- .5")

I'm not entirely focused on gaining girth but more on the length. And I know both are important but to me the girth seems rather easy to gain vs. the length (see my mistake above).

After reading others "Beginning PE" I decided to come up with something that I can fit around my schedule.

10 Minutes Warm-up (Using towel for now. But I've found that sticking my member in a cup with warm water, gradually getting warmer, works well too.)
6 Minutes Stretching (right, left, up, down @ 10 seconds with helicopters in between)
5 Minutes Jelqing (3-5 second strokes)
5-10 Minutes of Cool-Down (I hop in the shower after my PE and I don't really use Hot/Warm water anyways)

2 days on 1 day off with 100-150 kegels split in the morning when I wake up and in the evening before I go to sleep. I thought I read somewhere that kegels aren't bad to do every day so I'll do that for now then gradually go up/down accordingly.

I will do my best to post bi-weekly stats to help myself better track my exercises.

Speaker: Welcome to the Gym! Good luck with your routine. You may want to cut the Kegels back a tad. They exercise real muscle (the pelvic floor muscles), so they're just as liable to be overtrained as the next muscle.

Your routine may be slightly hardcore for you at this point.

You may wanna cut the stretching to 6 minutes. What kind of stretching around you doing?

5 minute jelqing is good, slow 5-8 second strokes. Do you have the proper technique now? Would you like me to explain it?

Only kegel on days that you workout, or else you can overtrain.

2 days on, 1 day off is kinda on the hard side. 1 day on, 1 day off would be much better.

Remember, when it goes to PE, less is more!
      Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

      Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'

Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

Thanks for the tips guys. I initially cut the jelq time b/c of time constraints. I can cut the stretching back to 6mins. Sounds better on my schedule anyways. I've done Kegels in the past when I first came across PE information. They are tough starting back so a cutback sounds good. I love to push myself when I workout but I keep reading that "less is more" concept so I'll take that strategy to play.

Stretching is the basic left, right, up, down @ 10 second intervals with helicopters in between. Like I mentioned before, I'm new to doing this consistently the "proper" way but I'm not a total newb . Since I've done this before (sort of) I'll stick to the 2on 1off routine for now. As for the techniques, I'd say I have them down, so no need to explain. Thank you though.

Hey, I'd like to edit my original post with this "quote" added. It seems there is a limit of time that I can do this which I was unaware of. Any administrative help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Almost a week in and I feel healthier than ever before down there

Question to whoever wants to answer.

Does PE help increase sperm load? ie: Does it increase the amount of sperm one can ejaculate at a single time? Just by doing the exercises and not taking supplements/vitamins/etc.

About 2 weeks since starting and I am quite happy with the progress so far.

                  Beginning Specs:
                  BPEL-5.8"
                  EG-4.6"

Current Specs: (just shy of 2 weeks)
                  BPEL-6.0" (+0.2")
                  EG-4.75" (+0.15")

I know I outlined in my first post exactly what I planned to do but that was just a format for me and I was intending to tweak it. This is what I've been doing consistently since my first two days.

Warm up - 8-10mins: Using a cup of warm water. Starting warm then working up to hot (Do NOT start with HOT water).
Stretching - 6-8mins: Left, right, up, down, and straight out. 15 second stretches with 5 seconds of helicopters between.
Jelqing - 7mins: ALL done with light-medium pressure.
                  OK jelq 1min
                  Open hand jelq 1min
                  V jelq 1min
                  Helicopters/stretching 1min.
Then repeat. This is done two times totaling 7mins.
Edging - 5-15mins: I've done this right after my exercises to keep the blood in there. The time varies because I hop in the shower right after and sometimes I finish edging in there.
Cool down - 5-10mins: I just shower right after which cools me off to normal.

This routine is done Tue/Thur/Sat/Sun. Mon/Wed/Fri OFF

I have to admit that I know Kegels are very important, and I haven't been doing as many as I'd like to do. I've been getting a few in here and there when I remember to do it.

That is all for now. I hope that helps out someone and I will post again if I have any questions or in two weeks with my "monthly" results.

Congrats on the gains! I'm pretty lazy about kegels too, I need to start those up again. They increase my EQ like crazy. I removed that extra post for you, by the way.

Thanks, I'm looking to take it easy for the most part and I think I've found system that works for me. I know there's more in there with the length because when I do my BPFL (stretched) I seem to get it to well over 6.5" as opposed to right before starting PE my stretched BPFL was just above 6.1" or so.

I am really loving the feel of my new penis already. Much more solid erections and mean looking too

Thanks for the post delete too

                        Good gains speaker.

I think A LOT of people forget about their Kegels. These are extremely important for EQ. I also believe Kegels are the best supplement for length and girth gains. When you do a committed Kegel routine, your gains should come easier.

Thanks, I did a few last night before I fell asleep. I suppose it helped

                          Mini Update:

I had some free time today and thought I'd get in some edging. Just for kicks after going for about 30-45mins I thought I'd whip out the measuring stick and take a measurement. Holy crap!! From my normal state of EL 6.0" to a whopping (well I think it is ) 6.3". Technically this is about 0.5" more than my starting size just two weeks ago.

I am truely happy about this and also excited about seeing how great I feel after starting PE.

                            Another mini mid-bi-weekly update:

As assumed b4, while edging my erect penis is much larger than normal. I'm not so sure now if this is why I measured 6.3" after one of my sessions. I was curious to see where I stand today and after getting erect for just a few mins I took my measurements.

Now, these aren't official because I didn't want to memorize a mid-week measure, but I was over BPEL 6.25" just in a normal erect state.

Not sure why such a jump from my last weeks measure of BPEL 6.0" but I am quite happy and content with my routine. Which I've found to be perfect for me. It's simple easy and straight to the point. My EG hasn't moved much but again this is an unofficial measure.

I really am excited about these gains and can't wait to be tippin the charts as a top 10%.

                            Happy jelqing

It has now been a full 4 weeks. I did miss a few days on my routine but it doesn't seem to be affecting the results too much. My length seems to have gone up a bit but my girth seems to be taking its time sitting at just about the same as my 2 week measurement.
