    Hey there everyone,

As I stated in my thread on the Beginner forum, I am starting over, getting back to basics. I have been at PE, consistently, but carelessly, for over 3 years now. I have seen some gains, but not the gains that I COULD have or SHOULD have made. I started at exactly 6" x 5"--very average. Now, I am up to 7" x 5.25" mid-girth, so after three years, I am VERY frustrated and feel like I should've gained a lot more. My short term goal is 7.5" x 5.5"......long term goal is 8x6.

I was inspired by the postings of PEsuccessGuy and plan on undertaking a plan very similar to the one he outlined in the motivational post for frustrated beginners.

    Here it is:

    --10 minutes basic warm-up
--Basic stretching (left, right, up, down, circles). I'll start by holding each stretch for 30 seconds and do 3 "rounds" of each direction.
--10 minutes of basic wet jelqs. Each rep will be 5 seconds at no more than 70% wood. Still not sure if I should use overhanded (palm down grip) or grip with the "ok" palm up grip.

    --moderate amount of kegals
--2 days on 1 day off

I probably won't post every day, so just assume that I am doing this workout, and if and when I change anything, I'll come on and let you all know. Same with measuring. I have taken the last couple of weeks off and will begin this plan on 3/1.

Any thoughts or comments are ALWAYS welcome.

Good routine. It's similar to my old routine that I had a lot of success with.

    Good luck.

I forgot to mention Flaccid bends. I've honestly never heard of these before but I was reading in PEsuccessGuy's thread on the beginner forum that he recommends them, so I may add them in after the warm up or I could wait for a few weeks before I add them. What do you all think? What I be "missing out" by waiting to add them in to the mix?

I did my first workout today...starting over. I did the routine that I outlined in my first post above. It went fairly well except that I have red spots everywhere!! All over the shaft and head! Little, dark, pinpoint sized red dots. I had a decent hang afterwards for a few minutes but then it went back down to normal size. I didn't have time to do any edging afterwards. But, overall, I went with the routine, had no pain or soreness, and assume that, other than the red spots, things are OK. I'm not sure what my lack of post workout fluffiness means.

Did the very basic routine again today on the second day of the 2 on--1 off protocol. Red spots are still occurring all over the shaft and head, mostly from mid-shaft on up to the head. Otherwise, I felt good; used medium pressure, had no pain, etc. But, where is this "big flaccid post workout hang" that everyone talks about? I don't have that and, instead, it just goes back down to normal size after a few minutes.

Still getting red spots eh? liten up on the grip a bit.

The fact that you turtled after a workout indicates that you've used a hard grip. Try to loosen up your grip, specially while jelqing. You don't want to squeeze your unit too hard

Flaccid bends are definitely amazing for girth gains. I started out exactly like you 6x5 and now I'm 7x5.25 just like you. I've been PEing for 4 months and a half now.

I gained that much in 4.5 months and my routine was the same as yours. Slowly add intensity to your workout every week or two. Watch out for PIs. Post workout flaccid hang is a good PI. It's not the end of the world if you don't get them after your workouts, it just means you pulled a little too hard/jelqed a little too strong.

Keep up your hard work and your good spirits.

Today is the "1-off" in the 2-on one 1-off routine, so it's no PE today. In the past I was really guilty of "cheating" on my off days (what few of them I did ever take) with stuff like extra stretching, extra dry jelqs that I would try to sneak in, etc...

This time around, however, a day off will be a day off--hands off. Radiohead, tomorrow when I resume the workouts, I will lighten up the grip....thanks for the reminder.

Did the basic routine again today. Red spots are still there but are not as prominent as they were the other day. I still don't get that post workout "fluff" or hang that everyone talks about; I don't get this, but instead, after a few minutes, it just goes back down to normal. I've even had what I would call a "turtle" effect for the last couple of days where the penis turtles in for a good portion of the day, then in the evening, it will come back to a better flaccid. Otherwise, the workout was good and I felt as if it was productive. I worked out at around 40-50% erect. I have not really incorporated edging or a formal cool down of any kind.

I've got to keep the right mental frame of mind here and not dwell on the turtling or lack of a big post workout flaccid hang.

I did the basic workout that is listed in my first post. By all indications, things were good, i.e. no pain, no soreness, red spots are slowly going away, and night/morning wood is happening. I still don't get the post workout "hang" or whatever that some folks talk about. My grip may still be just a tad bit too strong. I'll have to monitor it closely. Week one of my "starting over" plan is in the books now.

I am continuing on the very basic plan that I have laid out in my first post. Today was pretty good. No pain, no soreness, and the red spots that I experienced initially are pretty much gone now. Still no post workout plump like everyone seems to talk about. It goes back to "normal" fairly soon after my workout, so I'm not sure if this is a good thing, a bad thing, or if it even matters at all. Tomorrow is a day off and this upcoming weekend will mark two weeks since my "starting over" campaign began.

I am tempted to add v-jelqs to the mix, but so far, in keeping with the spirit of BASIC, I have not....and instead I am just going with the traditional wet jelq using clear Aloe Vera gel.

I really want to get up to 8" in NBPEL and 6" mid-girth. Last measurement was just right at 7" and 5.25" mid girth.

Another two days are in the books and tomorrow will be an off day in keeping with with 2 on---1 off scheme. I still have not deviated from the basic routine laid out in my first post, but today I did add a twist to it. I added kegels DURING the 10-minute jelqing period. I'm trying to keep my strokes at 5 seconds each and today, on each stroke as I got close to the glans I would do 5 quick kegels. The last few days, I have had pretty good PI's--i.e. no pain, nothing hurts, red spots are diminishing, night and morning erections are pretty consistent. I plan on measuring at the end of this month. I've been on this very basic routine since the first of this month.

Another 2 day set is in the books. Everything still seems good. I had a really strong morning "Wood" this morning. My little wifey is acting kinda playful today so hopefully we'll hook up later tonight. That would be a great way to lead into my off day tomorrow. I've set a shorter term goal of 7.5" x 5.5" and I just have to keep believing that I'll make it. I haven't measured since I "re-started" my PE. Belief and patience are what I need right about now.

Two more workouts under my belt, yesterday and today. PI's seem to be good to neutral with no pain, no soreness, etc. I am still doing 5 quick kegels as I perform each jelq stroke, which seems to help keep me somewhat plumped. Jelqs have been done with around 40% erection level. I cheated today and added a 10 second squeeze at the end of the workout.

I had a nice "workout" today, still sticking to that very basic plan that I laid out in my first post. PI's seem to be good. It's been four weeks now since I came off my break and started back again, going back to basics. I have not measured at all in this time, so, do you all think it's time for me to break out the tape and see if I've gained any?
