I decided I will take the "plunge" and officially start my PE routine. I'm a little pressed for time, so on some days I will split up my routine and do stretches in the mornings and squeezes, edging/ballooning in the evenings. I have been "warming up" my penis multiple times a day since about age 17 and edging as well. so I believe that I can endure the fairly advanced routine that I will be doing. This routine will be simple but it comes from about 3 years of research and process of elimination.
The routine will go as followed:
-Warm-up with rice sock- 15 to 45 minutes
-jai stretches/piss pulls 4 sets of 25
-power stretches in every direction S,R,L,U,D 40 seconds each stretch plus 20 more second stretch with an added power kegel while stretching 3 sets
- warm rice sock 5 minutes
-2 minutes of helicopter shakes
-85-95% erect uli squeez 1 minute each rep for 2 reps
-needling/head squeeze 3 reps of 30 seconds
-5 minute shower bathmate session, work up to a max of 10 minutes
-post workout rice sock for 1 hour
My whole family knows of my desire to start PE and I have all privacy to do so but I need to find that motivation
I want to be 8 inches NBPEL so I need to lose the fat pad as I am already 8.5 BPEL. I hope this routine helps turn my 5.5 mseg into 5.75... and a BPEL of 8.75 would be ideal

I'm starting my last year of High School in September and that's when I'll be looking to get a part time job to start saving up for University. I also love biking, and am looking to get a new one as soon as I get a job because my old one is far too small and is half broken anyways. But in the meantime, good luck on your progress! Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.
