Haven't posted much for a while. Mainly, because I was rehired and work and life keeps me so busy. Still do my PE routine through. More of a maintenance level but really trying to hold the gains.
So recently have been doing some reflecting on the changes over the last 8 years since I was diagnosed with hypogonadism. So went back to some "personal pictures", dairies and measurement charts and came up with some relative changes. Many have asked me how I have made such great changes. I'm sure I am in an unique situation so have no way of knowing how much PE has done to help. I know however, it has helped, both physically and mentally. So for everyone, "keep pulling". But so everyone knows whenever they see my results in my signature post, the changes are not false claims or typical results for anyone to try to achieve.
So where I was at ...
In August 2003 I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism, due to a improper functioning pituitary gland. This resulted in at age 46 having a total testostrone level of 86. Normal ranges vary are from 249 to 999, with some lab as high as 1200 being normal. If anyone wiki's the symptoms for hypogonadism, all my life I met everything except at birth my genitals were normally formed and I could be determined to be male. But throughout my teenage years, I experienced minimal puberty effects. Fortunately, I was able to grow facial hair and gain muscle, but while in bulk, I have had relatively low effective strength. Rest of body had minimal body hair, my testicles did not naturally lower, minimal growth in penile size, and reduced other male changes. Only thing I can say I did well was gain weight.
I suffered through all the embarrassments as teenager and young adult while trying to date. I did finally get married to a woman that was willing to look past my shortcomings. We were able to raise a family, but our sex life was strained and atypical. She had had many partners in the past (was pre AiDS era) and had not problems telling me I was the smallest she had been with. I will not go into other details of our years together, but it was not normal. I was small, and had difficulty developing hard erections. Even when I was seeking medical treatment for my problems, my wife was asked by one doctor while I was being examined if I had problems getting erect even with manual stimulation. Wife somewhatt came to my defense and said that I was able to.
Measurement wise this is the best estimation I have been able to reconstruct for my starting point. I weighed 370 pounds with the majority of the weight in my midection. While standing my penis readings can only be estimated as they could not be measured. This also resulted in the only sexual position that was possible was my lying down and wife on top.

Erect length - (0" to 1/4")
Erect girth - (3.25") estimated from lying position

Over the last 8 years I have been on testostrone replacement to levels to put me into puberty. Also currently 90# less @ 280# from diet ans exercise, and done a total of 2 1/2 years of PE exercises.
Where I am today ...
The values I post (this morning's measurements), are still based on the lying postion with a goal that one day I can achieve 4x4 flaccid and 6x5 erect in a standing non-pressed position. I know lofty goals but am going for it with the realization the I can definitely accept where I am today.
