    Hey All,
    Haven't posted much for a while. Mainly, because I was rehired and work and life keeps me so busy. Still do my PE routine through. More of a maintenance level but really trying to hold the gains.
    So recently have been doing some reflecting on the changes over the last 8 years since I was diagnosed with hypogonadism. So went back to some "personal pictures", dairies and measurement charts and came up with some relative changes. Many have asked me how I have made such great changes. I'm sure I am in an unique situation so have no way of knowing how much PE has done to help. I know however, it has helped, both physically and mentally. So for everyone, "keep pulling". But so everyone knows whenever they see my results in my signature post, the changes are not false claims or typical results for anyone to try to achieve.

    So where I was at ...
    In August 2003 I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism, due to a improper functioning pituitary gland. This resulted in at age 46 having a total testostrone level of 86. Normal ranges vary are from 249 to 999, with some lab as high as 1200 being normal. If anyone wiki's the symptoms for hypogonadism, all my life I met everything except at birth my genitals were normally formed and I could be determined to be male. But throughout my teenage years, I experienced minimal puberty effects. Fortunately, I was able to grow facial hair and gain muscle, but while in bulk, I have had relatively low effective strength. Rest of body had minimal body hair, my testicles did not naturally lower, minimal growth in penile size, and reduced other male changes. Only thing I can say I did well was gain weight.

    I suffered through all the embarrassments as teenager and young adult while trying to date. I did finally get married to a woman that was willing to look past my shortcomings. We were able to raise a family, but our sex life was strained and atypical. She had had many partners in the past (was pre AiDS era) and had not problems telling me I was the smallest she had been with. I will not go into other details of our years together, but it was not normal. I was small, and had difficulty developing hard erections. Even when I was seeking medical treatment for my problems, my wife was asked by one doctor while I was being examined if I had problems getting erect even with manual stimulation. Wife somewhatt came to my defense and said that I was able to.

    Measurement wise this is the best estimation I have been able to reconstruct for my starting point. I weighed 370 pounds with the majority of the weight in my midection. While standing my penis readings can only be estimated as they could not be measured. This also resulted in the only sexual position that was possible was my lying down and wife on top.

    Over the last 8 years I have been on testostrone replacement to levels to put me into puberty. Also currently 90# less @ 280# from diet ans exercise, and done a total of 2 1/2 years of PE exercises.

    Where I am today ...
    The values I post (this morning's measurements), are still based on the lying postion with a goal that one day I can achieve 4x4 flaccid and 6x5 erect in a standing non-pressed position. I know lofty goals but am going for it with the realization the I can definitely accept where I am today.

    You sir are a true inspiration. That was a great story, you've come so far man. You've much to be proud of.

    I have a question. Was your initial erect length really 1/4 of an inch? And flaccid length -1 inch?

      Yes when standing and allowing the fatpad (mons pubis) to lay where it wanted only the very tip of my erect penis was exposed. Also, there was no way I could pee standing up.

        My 1st wife didn't get to see most of the changes that have taken place. She passed away in 2005. Have since remarried. This woman is very short 5'0" and very tiny in the female area. she would frequently bleed from sex with her 1st husband. Turns out he should have married my 1st wife and should have married his. My 1st wife could and did take on any size. At least know she could handle my wrist which is 7 1/4" inches around.

          Ray, I have a question. Have you explained to your doctor how you have made so many gains since your diagnosis? Does penis size even come up when discussing your disease with your Dr.? This just seems like absolute proof hat PE works, and I don't understand why the medical community is not onboard with it. They probably accredit this strickly to the testosterone replacement. Sorry, I missed that through the first read.

            I would give PE 100% of the credit for erection quality gains. I know i am bigger so that I believe is a combination of PE and the testostrone as far as actual size. In my case, I had a very limited puberty. The meds are taking me through puberty. How much growth I wuld get purely from that is hard to say. Also part of the growth is from ligament stretching that natural occurs that allows the whole package to lower when a guy goes through puberty. But again part of my PE routine stretches those same ligaments. I'm hope that both are helping and that there is a synergy affect.
            Finally, the weight loss is a portion of the gain. If you asked asked me to estimate how much each has contributed I would give a conservative estimate as: 40% diet and general exercise for the toning and weight loss, 35% meds, and 25% PE for length gains and 60% meds and 40% PE for girth.
            But really that isn't bad for any of them. In total, I have 2.5" flaccid length and 1.25" flaccid girth gain. Also 2.125" erect length and 1.5" erect girth gain. So using a bit of simple math here is the value of each to me:

            Good news for me is that puberty in a guy normally lasts 8-10 years. So the meds will continue to help for hopefully a few more years. Diet wise, I have gone from 370# to 280#. I'd like to get down to 210#, which would be the best post age 25 weight I have ever been at. More PE gains I feel are still possible. Again I have thought about what is realistic and I estimate I am currently at 56% (90 out of 160# goal) of diet, 80% (8 out of 10 years) of meds, and 50% of PE growth potential.

            So if I don't lose anyone (sorry obsessed with math), here is my dream size ....

              The endocrynolgist the preseibed the treatment plan hasn't seen me since 2004. He turned it over to my GP doctor. she sees the difference at the annual physicals. Nothing is said but she is quite aware thatthe meds make me feel better and renews the script without question.

                Thats great man! Just focus on getting rid of that fat pad!! Check out intermittent fasting, works freaking awesome for hunger control and you feel great!

                Also, is your base girth up to par with the rest? I ask because it seems like you can only jelq the visible portion, and i wonder if the girth gains are also had in the section of the penis that is hidden in the fat pad.

                  Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I have to be real careful about fasting routines. I have blood sugar issues. Diabetes runs greatly through my family history. In fact all living relatives (through 1st cousins) on my father's side are currenty diabetic. I control mine with very low carb eating. Any deviation from that and I ballon and counts skyrocket.

                  I do wonder how much of my exercises can get into the base area. Jelqs are very difficult to do. I do one-handed ones to at least do what i can. I also do a lot of twisting and bundling exercises; find they are a great way of calming any significant erection that gets going during a jelqing session.

                  If anyone is interested in the routine I use i can post it again. For now through my routine is at a maintenance level for me. With life events that are going on right now, is the smartest thing for me to do. In fact the greater portion of what I do I'm trying to build into my normal way of living. To me that is the ultimate long term benefits of even doing PE exercises; to have a healthy penis whether it is 4x3, 6x5 or even my wife's ex-husband's 9x6.
