For the most part, yea I have. I'm just not feeling it. I don't want to edge anymore. I really have to force myself to do it that often and when I do force myself, I finish quickly.
Instead I'll wait for the feeling to arise and then go for it as long as I can. I've been cutting back on ejaculating at all, aiming for once every 2 or 3 days.
I just don't write about it.

                • What was the circumstances behind you dropping your jelqs to 250 ?

I'm doing a 2 steps forward-1 step back approach from now on. I was reading that it will be helpful to avoid plateaus. I'll be advancing for another week or two, then drop it down. Advance, drop it down.

                    • So how do you decide how much to drop it to every 2 weeks and how much to increase it by each session ?

And it theory when you drop it back would that be counted as a recovey week since it is at a lower intensity than before ?

Well I don't have any formula for dropping. I drop it by a bit, then I'll keep going past that and drop it again.
It might look something like this:
                        day 1 : 50 jelqs
                        day 2 : 52 jelqs
                        day 3 : 54 jelqs
                        day 4 : 56 jelqs
                        day 5 : 58 jelqs
                        day 6 : 60 jelqs
                        day 7 : 56 jelqs
                        day 8 : 58 jelqs
                        day 9 : 60 jelqs
                        day 10 : 62 jelqs
                        day 11 : 64 jelqs
                        day 12 : 60 jelqs
                        day 13 : 62 jelqs
                        day 14 : 64 jelqs

There's something written about this method that I remember reading awhile back that I tried finding it for you. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I would like to re-read that article.

And no, realman, it would not be counted as a rest day when you drop back. It is still a PE workout.
