    When you pee just push it out hard. So its really loud when it hits the water. Then when you are done peeing do this again. This will help you figure out exactly what to do. Also the oozing come from the many regular kegals you are doing througout your workout. Its the same contraction as when you orgasm.

      That's exactly what I was doing, so I have it right. Thanks for the confirmation! That's interesting on my preejaculate. Even after I'm long since finished Kegeling, it keeps coming out. When I do orgasm, I must be very intense for the kegeling motion hits me at a very strong rate.

        Last night I had my edging session. I made it 15 minutes. Probably could have went longer when I messed up my rhythm. My PONR accidentally went all the way, otherwise I could have lasted much longer. When I felt it coming out I had to switch gears really quick so as to not make a bigger mess than I did. The nice thing is I know what I did wrong so I won't repeat that mistake again. Overall it was a great session and came away knowing how far I can go.

        Woke up early this morning with a fairly decent erection. Nice to know I haven't over done it yet.

        Morning PE Session.

        PE Session. Normally I do all of my Kegels semi erect and rapid fire with the exception of the slow ones. This morning I mixed it up a bit and did a lot of them fairly flaccid.

        Warm ups with massaging, stretching, hot water from shower.
        1 30 reverse Kegel.
        100 fast Kegels.
        1 30 sec Kegel.
        Relax and stretch.
        Hold semi erection for a few minutes.
        100 fast Kegels.
        1 30 second Kegel.
        1 30 sec reverse Kegel.
        Relaxed my erection.
        40 V Jelqs.
        40 OK Jelqs.
        Relax with next to no erection.
        100 fast Kegels.
        1 30 sec Kegel.
        1 30 reverse Kegel.
        Went flaccid for the rest of my shower.

        Good morning session. Was in a hurry so cut my PE short this morning.

                        PE Morning Session.

                        Did my warm ups with stretches, massaging, etc.
                        100 semi erect Kegels.
                        Tried to do 30 reverse Kegels. This one is still eluding me.
                        Relaxed a bit.
                        100 flaccid Kegels.
                        40 V Jelqs.
                        40 OK Jelqs.

                        I'm in the process of changing my focus from gaining length to lasting longer and getting harder. Until I hit upon the right routine for my needs I'm just going to stick with the above routine for now.

                        I'm open to suggestions as always.

                          So did commando in bed have any impact? I''ve not worn underwear or jammies to bed since I left the dorm or I was in a sleeping environment where I really could not expose my wares. Flowfers are really easy commando.
                          It's not gonna hurt to do a few stretches even with your manly length.

                              Oh yeah! As soon as I turned over to go lights out it popped right up. Stretches in bed! Good idea, mv. I have a technique that's like the bed fowfers I use. I may do those tonight as well. Getting it up isn't too much of a problem. Keeping it there is. That's where I need to work on it. Once I make the mental connection on how to keep it up longer again like I used to, I'll be back in business.
