  • My Progress Log

Just decided to write this log as I'm really happy with my progress since I started.

    Start date:
    August 27, 2011
    NBPEL 4.5"
    EG 4" midshaft

    Routine:
    5 min warm up
    200 wet jelqs
    100 v-jelqs
    5 min warm down
5 days on, 2 days off
kegels whenever I think I can squeeze a couple

Will post flaccid dimensions when I get a consistent result.

    Long term goal: 8"x6"
    Short term goal: 6"x5"

    EDIT:
    FL: 3"
    NBPFSL: 5"

    A month in!

It's been a month. Amazing results (for me)!

    September 26, 2011
    NBPEL 4.9" (plus 0.4"!!!)
    BPEL 5.6"
    EG 4.2" midshaft (plus 0.2"!!!)

Flaccid measurements are still still fluctuating, but feels and looks bigger.

I added basic stretching to my routine around the 2nd week since starting so
    Routine:
    5 min warm up
basic stretch (left, right, straight out, up)
    200 wet jelqs
    100 v-jelqs
    5 min warm down
5 days on, 2 days off
kegels whenever, I loose count everyday

EQ is great. I could now hold a kegel for about 7~8 sec. easily. But the definite advantage of kegels is experiencing dry orgasms. Before, I just shoot it out when I hit PONR. After I learned that kegeling can stop ejaculation (duh), I've had a lot of dry orgasms.

Jelqing really helped vein definition. Right now, I have 2 big veins on both sides of my penis and a lot of smaller ones scattered around. Looks great! My penis also straightened a bit due to jelqing against the curve.

I hope this growth rate continues for the next months.
