Well my other log fell by the wayside so I am starting a new one. It will be more detailed and have a date for each post so I know what the hell is going on.
Routine- 2 on 2 off
Brew some erection tea.
15-20 minute rice sock warm up.
20 kegal stretches in various directions.
5 erect squeezes at 30 seconds per.
Lube up then 50 regular jelqs.
10 Ultimate jelqs.
Repeat girth exercises in same order 4 times.
Totals-
20 erect squeezes.
200 regular jelqs.
40 Ultimate jelqs.
Finish-
10 minutes with a standard pump.
15-20 minute rice sock warm down.
RoP whenever I can.
