    Greetings.

Thank you for the forum and its members. I am fairly new to this enterprise, but hope an apprehensive, long-term exercise regimen will yield decent gains. If you see that I have posted frequently, it is because I am trying to get feedback to make the most informed decisions about PE. I appreciate any and all suggestions/criticisms, particularly the ones that help. Thanks for your responses.

    Quickly, about me:
    Age: early thirties
    Height: 5’11”
    Weight: 175 lbs
Good physical shape: jogging, stability/core, pull-ups, boxing
Bad Habits: Smoke cigarettes, drink coffee
    Good Habits: Sexually active
Shape: Circumcised, Slight Curve Left, Turkey Neck, Bat-ish
Starting Size: BPEL 7”, EG 5.25”, EGB 6”
Current Size: BPEL 7”, EG 5.6”, EGB 6.3”
Goal Size: BPEL: 8.5”, EG: 6.5”, EGB: 6.5” / 60-80% Foreskin Restoration / Curvature Correction

What I am trying to achieve…
Generally, I am pretty happy with my dick. I maintain modest goals, and allow for plenty of time to accomplish them. When I started, I committed to six months. That is, I would quit if I witnessed no results in six months. After three months, I have a noticeable gain in girth. This has prompted me to become more active in forums and keep more detailed records. My hierarchy of goals is as follows:
    1.1. Girth
    2.2. Length
    3.3. Foreskin regeneration
    4.4. Curvature Correction
Explained.I am aware my priorities are slightly askew of most. A gain in length would be great (a miracle), and is a focus of workouts, but my first priority is girth. To accommodate girth-gains, my pump cylinder is 7”x2.” I will probably purchase a longer cylinder of the same width once I have cemented girth-gain goals. The length exercises do target length, but I spend the time on it (at this point) because I believe it aids regeneration and curvature correction. By regeneration, I mean I would like to cover the glans when flaccid, and expose the glans when erect. The curvature to the left does not dominate my agenda, but if it is correctable, why not, right? To aid in correction, I desk stretch – post curve on the shaft, and hang one pound, post-curve after workout. These are in addition to an extended newbie routine. I do wonder this: if I am able to straighten out the curve, will this add length?

Workout History (I will update this monthly)
    December 2008
    ·Starting measurements: BPEL: 7”, EG: 5.25”, EGB: 6”
·Strictly the newbie routine 3 times per week (M-W-F)
    ·Heated with a rice-sock.
·Increased stretches and jelqs after 3 weeks.
    ·Kegels @ 10 count at the conclusion

    January 2009
    Measured: no gains
·Extended newbie routine one day on, one day off.
·After the newbie routine, I add a 1 lb ankle weight for about 2 hours
·Twice per week, pump for one ten-minute set @ 4-5 Hg, continually heated the rice-sock
Heated and cooled with a rice-sock

    February 2009
Measured: no gains / Finally Took starting pics / BPEL: 7”, EG: 5.25”, EGB: 6”
·Extended Newbie routine two days on, one day off.
·After the newbie routine, I add two 1 lb ankle weights between base to mid-shaft for about 1 hour, then switch to one ankle weight positioned past the scar for different stretch leverage
·Twice per week, pump for one ten-minute set @ 4-5 Hg, continually heated by the rice-sock
    ·Heated and cooled with a rice-sock

    March 2009
Measured: BPEL +0”, EG +0.375” (3/8”), EGB +0.25” (1/4”) (no EGB start pic)
·Extended Newbie routine two days on, one day off.
·After the newbie routine, I add a two 1 lb ankle weights between base to mid-shaft for about 1 hour, then, switch to one ankle weight positioned at the scar for different stretch leverage
·Twice per week I pump for one ten-minute set @ 4-5 Hg, continually heated by the rice-sock
Heated and cooled with a rice-sock
·Every day - Desk extender for one hour in the morning, one hour at night, heated rice-sock stays wrapped around the penis

    Notes:
I intentionally use the “bone-pressed erect length” measurement for two main reasons: (1) from October 2008 to present, I lost 25 lbs, and (2) this appears to be the manner in which academic inquiry has yielded the most useful results. To aid in separating other variables which may detract from size, all pics posted here are induced with 25 mg Viagra. While I do pump twice per week, measurements are taken two days after the last pumping session. I do attempt to approach this scientifically, from the “Popperian” perspective – falsifiability. So far, the evidence suggests PE works, but I continue to make evaluations based on scientific skepticism, which is difficult because “I want to believe.”
Since I have noticed many members recording flaccid and stretched data, I took these pictures as well, and will record the measurements in this log as well. I also intend to attempt foreskin restoration; I feel certain this would aid measuring that progress as well.
    A Note to Skeptics
I am keeping this journal/progress log to help me monitor progress and inspire others through mutual cognitive support. I am not going to attempt to sell you anything. I have seen progress photos I am skeptical of, but I have seen many that are picture perfect. I do have a PhD and a highly skeptical eye. That being the case I have identified a number of characteristics in “photo” evidence to aid the discriminating eye. The first things are obvious, shape, color. Secondarily, topography, vein placement etc., provides additional evidence of authenticity of gains. I believe these characteristics may change over time. I therefore encourage monthly photos, gains or no. While I am certainly not trying to prove this phenomenon to the world, people on this forum should be able to track progress accurately and gain encouragement from successes.
    Cool Ideas:
In addition to taking before and after pics, Wifey has requested I make a “before and after” dildo of myself. This way she always has “ole reliable” at her finger tips. I will order a “Clone a Willy” kit and see what happens.

I use “Cool Timer” on my laptop to time my sessions. I highly recommend it. It is a free download at Download.com. It has a cool countdown alarm that makes it easy to exercise without forgetting when to stop.

Smoking will hinder gaining. You already have a rather large cock. Your attention to detail is remarkable. Pe is an emerging science.

KP said it. Your thoroughness is amazing;separate paragraphs, yes.

https://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enlargement-guide-advanced-exercises/girth/jelq-variation-side-jelq.That exercise is for those who have PEed for at least two to three months and is primarily a curve fixer and girth gainer. The main reason for recommending the two to three month wait is due to newbies injuring themselves.

However, you are no newbie since your log starts December of last year, and you have made some good gains from Febuary to March. I would start incorporating the Side Jelq into your routine as soon as you're comfortable with doing so.

I have read in a few threads about those who fix their curve to the left or right (other forums), and while straightening they were gaining as well. I do not recall whether or not the increased BPEL was due to the staightening though. I would think it does, and this is why. Since the top portion of your penis curves a little to the left, you won't have as long as a BPEL as you would if you were to straighten it out, right? So once it's straightened it should become longer.

Are you taking any supplements? Viagra for the measurments, heh. I haven't researched it that much. Kegels are Nature's Viagra.
