Hey guys, I'm Puck. I joined a few months ago, but just recently started on my program, and have decided to share my journey with you all (with some support from PESG-thanks dude).
I am currently 5.75 (NBP...I thought I was 6, but I think I was firmly pressing the ruler against my groin as opposed to gingerly laying it there...I wasn't bone-pressing it, but there is a 1/4 inch difference when I firmly press instead of lightly laying it across the top). I am 5.25 midshaft (with 5.5 at base and 5 right under the glans). My initial (albeit lofty) goal is 7 NBP x 5.5 MS (5.75 base). My subsequent goals, if I am able to attain this intial goal after a year or two, are 7.5 x 5.75, and then the ideal 8 x 6.
I have done four workouts thus far, with one day off in between the two, that consists of:
10-15 min warm up
quick heli shakes
150 wet jelqs (3 sec strokes)
30 sec stretches (out, up, down, left and right)
5 rotary stretches to the left and then to the right
5 min warm down (although this is all done in a hot shower)
*I Kegel 100 times per day- 50 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon-and only on workout days...I'm 2 on and 1 off
I plan on doing this for about one month, then taking about ten days off, and moving on to JP's routine (which isn't much different with the exception of adding V-jelqs and a few more stretches) for the 90 days. After that, if I'm feeling good and my gains are reasonable (I'm hoping for .10 x .025 or .05 per month), I wouldn't change anything, with the exception of throwing in a bit more jelqs and stretches that are varied, and a couple of Ulis and JAIs. I do not want to incorporate hanging devices and clamps, and if that means I will top off at 7 x 5.5 if I don't, then so be it. I just want that initial goal, and cement afterwards, if 8 x 6 necessitates all sorts of medieval devices, McGyver bullshit and what not.
So after just one week, I don't see anything different at all. My EQ is the same (pretty shitty since I lose it after ten seconds). I only notice a nicer flaccid immediately following my session (which is expected). There is some good to this, since no news can be considered good news: I have no negative PIs. But I'm hoping progress demonstrates itself.
I do have a quick question: will I not get any gains since I'm not that young (I'm 30 years old) and I don't have ED (yet, and hopefully never)? I notice that individuals who gain immensely are young in college (who probably still have some room to grow, etc.) and men with ED (and most of the gains are grow-back). I am 5'10" and around 150 lbs (but am hoping to gain back weight I lost from a nasty divorce). I smoke MJ to smooth some of that pain, but am planning to stop to help circulation, etc., and assist my exercising. So I am in relatively good health. Is this all for naught because I am not a college student or a man with ED? Thanks for your input and advice!
