    Hello everyone. I've been peing for over a year and have tryed just about everything on here possible and I feel its time for me to bring something relatively new to the PE table. A TENNIS BAll, Yes you heard me correct & it has been discussed on here before but I would like to share my routine and what it has done for me and why all of you need to stop performing regular kegels period! Here is how and why I use the tennis ball. Has anybody ever been to a gym and seen people using the foam rollers to stretch and break up scar tissues on certain muscle groups for ex. hamstrings? Well essentially this is what you will be doing with the tennis ball but wih many added benefits =). You can all decide when to incorporate this into your routine but I like to do it after a workout. To help relax the PC/BC Pelvic Floor muscle group I start by placing the ball directly above my anus hole where reverse kegel muscle group is and I lightly sit down on ball. This puts nice pressure directly onto the muscle and you can now either reverse or regular kegel to the resistance of the ball before stretching if you'd like. I like to reverse kegel then hold the outward muscle contration and begin to tilt my pelvis backwards and roll the ball forwards along my inner penis until the tennis ball reaches directly under my ball sack...OH What a stretch this is =) I used to suffer from Premature Ejac and since doing this along with edging of course and now I no longer have involuntary contractions. This method is a must because it stimulates and stretches out our inner penis which is worked just as hard as the outer penis if you think about it. I have also noticed a larger loser flaccid hang since doing this regularly. Now, here is my OPINION on why regular kegels are essentially useless and you must use resistance if you want to see a significant improvement in Kegel muscle development. To build any muscle you must use heavy enough resistance people! I have never met anybody who's possessed the genetic capability to walk around and simply contract their muscles (biceps,pecs,glutes,tricpes,etc) without resistance and make noticeable muscle gains. Sure by doing regular kegel squeezes your stimulating the muscle area but the body will soon adapt and there will be no room for improvement. I don't prefer the tennis ball for REGULAR Kegles because I only do RUBBER BAND Resistance kegels while edging and my CS has grown soo much since before PE that I wish I had taken pictures. The blood capacity and strength in my CS has now increased so much than when I Regular kegel with an erection I feel it more in the CS close to my Mushroom tip than where the actual muscle begins. I want to say thanks to the PE gym because without you I never would have began this lifelong journey. Thanks and I look forward to feedback

    The tennis ball massage has been growing in popularity, pj25 has a lot of experience with it and has helped popularise it . Towel raises and rubber band kegels, have been popular for some time amongst those who desire strength gain . Remember this is intense exercise and needs condition.

      Absolutely. A Stronger penis is a healthier penis with more stamina. Along with making gains isn't that what everybody is here for? Also, I know that rubber band Kegels have been around for a while but hardly anybody posts about them or seems to use them. People will never experience how strong their CS/PC muscle will become unless they do away with the regular kegels. And this muscle group is the most important for the longevity of quality hard erections

        I do something similar with my legs stretched out wide and my root on the floor .
        I kegal and tuck my pelvis forward .
        I'll try the tennis ball . Sounds like a good way to stretch .

        Stretching my Friend in 3 dimensions.

          Well I don't know, I certainly have done many towel raises and reverse towel raises and yes they do increase specific strength. However beyond a certain point I don't know that extra strength achieves much. Certainly beyond a certain point it doesn't further increase erection quality. I can certainly do mmo with less strength than I used to have . Skill work seems to increase in importance for advanced trainees.

          So yes ,I think all advanced guys should do strength work at some point, but it is not the only factor.

            Pegasus, If you Don't know as you stated above multiple times, then how do YOU really know that the extra strength won't increase erection quality? Also, if you refer to the human Anatomy Pegasus, strengthening human muscle will generally yield an increase in the SIZE of the muscle if your goal is to build mass, in this case My Corpus Spongiosum. My CS has more than doubled in size in the last few months and I bet you I can increase it even more. Thus, I have already achieved a larger, stronger, healthier cock and the progress shall continue even further =)

              As I said I have had great pelvic floor strength at times and beyond a certain point it has had no added benifit for eq. The relationship between size and strength is not 1 to 1.
              I have heard of guys making good gains by an increase in eq but these are of course limited . While kegels do assist in pe I can't think of an sustained non eq gains attribituted to them in isolation. Unaware of any corelation between pelvic floor strength or size and penis size. Certainly kegel strength can be usefull when edging and for pe in general ,but I wouldn't rely on it as a sole pe tool.

                    Sitting on a tennis ball in the car during my 30 minute commute...
                    I sat on the ball and had it placed directly under my anus. I basically performed root locks and reverse root locks along with some rev kegals. I was kinda funny to me because i can best describe the experience as "my anus trying to chew up the tennis ball". haha
                    All joking aside...
                    Is this a correct way and location to do this exercise? Should the ball be between my anus and testicles? Or should i do both locations?

                      Jeus in the car on a commute, would not have occured to me.
                      Between the balls and anus is a standard location . However by all means continue to experiment just don't have an accident.

                        Sounds good, but what is the difference between doing this and the ED condition that cyclists get from bicycle seats?

                          The difference is most cyclists probably don't balance it out with a well thought out K/RK program that this tennis ball exercise is part of.
