Since the soft muscles in the penis don't actually contract you can't do dynamic stretches.

        I was driving a long straight road all day today. I set myself up with my velcro clamp and stimulated, RK'ed, and kegeled for about 90min (yes I know it's long). There were 4 instances where my EQ dropped and I had to RK/stimulate back to high EQ. Glands did not get cold (as they have before). I cut 3/4" from my silicone sleeve to make an ADC (light compression All Day Clamp) as an experiment. I put the ADC for 90min after the clamping. My shaft was still pretty engorged but there was some swelling.

        I put the ADS sleeve on to hold the length and to add compression along the shaft to reduce swelling. At the end of the day most of the swelling subsided and I did my hang routine and ballooned. I put the ADS back on for the night.

          Second day where 1/2 of it was on the road. Clamping using my silicone clamp I made the previous night. Think of a silicone doughnut about 1.125" OD, 0.375" ID which is 0.75" tall. Stretch it and place it around the base of the penis. It's somewhat comfortable but pretty small. I'll trim the Inside diameter to make the hole bigger to see how that changes the comfort.

          Hanging took me to fatigue but I didn't ride the fatigue.

            Last day of my most recent road trip. I used the velcro clamp and experienced the usual skin irritation afterwards. I placed the silicone clamp (I increased the diameter 0.125" so it was much more comfortable) and rode out the pump for another 2 hrs. After a stop I put the velcro over the silicone and found it much more comfortable; silicone is the padding, the velcro strip provides the rigidity for the clamp session. After this session, I put the silicone sleeve low on the shaft so I had a roll left at the base providing some ADC. After a while I put the silicone clamp over the sleeve at the base (to increase the clamping effect). I found the clamping at the base, combined with the compression along the better part of the shaft, pushes the blood to the end of the CC and the glands. Interesting effect.

              I decided to wear the ADC today to see the effect of an ADC. After a couple hours the clamp site started to feel some irritation from the pressure. I switched to the larger diameter and finished out the day.

                  The more I wear the ADS sleeve the more I like it. Maintains a long flacid, keeps it warm, not noticable.

                    BPEL: 6 7/8" (-1/8")
                    BEG: 5 3/8" (+1/8")
                    MEG: 5 1/8" (+1/8")

                    So my workouts have been sporatic and focused on jelqs; no hanging and very little stretching. The absence of penis fatigue has led to an increase in masterbation.

                    I think my girth gains this period are a result of rest but my length suffered because of the lack of stretching, hanging, and increase in jerking-off.

                    This next session I will return to a hanging-centric routine to see how that affects my length.

                      Good to see someone being honest with themselves when it comes to measurements! We all need to realize that we might hit spots where we don't gain, and even loose a little bit - that's where determination and consistency will come into play

                                I really liked using the silicone sleeve as a clamping device. Folding it instead of rolling it made it stable, added sufficient pressure to restrict blood flow without making it uncomfortable, and was easy to add the cable clamp or unroll.

                                I decided to see what happened if I moved my "clamp" space up my shaft after clamping at the base. As I suspected, this tissue near the clamp expands more than tissue away from the clamp, so moving the clamp made the tissue at mid shaft to expand much more than when the clamp is at the base.

                                I also used it as padding for my SO hang. I used the chest harness I made earlier, hooked up one of the bungees, and looped the harness around my foot. This enabled me to adjust the tension by moving my knee or ankle. I did like doing this much more than girth exercises.
