I saw that a lot of you are keeping progress logs in here so I decided to do the same. I am sure it helps to stay committed and to stay in contact with others that work out.
I eased my way into PE for two weeks now with about 2-3 sessions a week. I only did stretches and jelqing so far. Yesterday my Penis Pump and a set of silicone cock/ball rings arrived.
my plan is to stick to the fallowing program
-10 min warmup
- helicopter shakes
- 30 sec stretches each: up,down,both sides and straight out.
- circle stretches 10 each direction
-12 min wet jelqing
- 3 times 5 min pump
I also plan to wear a cock ring after that for a few hours to keep my penis plump.
besides that my plan is to wear a ball stretcher for about 30 min to an hour daily . I like how it feels but I am still not sure if it’s dangerous and potentially bad for future plans of having kids.
oh… and something very random. I am working on becoming more hairy. Chest and stomach. I’ve been micro needling these areas and I rub in beard oil almost daily. I don’t know if it is my age, but I definitely saw some good progress in that over the last 5 months.
