Hi I'm 420. I started on the 1st of August and have been seeing good results. I thought I'd make a log so I would actually track what I've been doing
. I started the first two months with a Jelq and basic stretch routine. I started out with a 10 minute workout, 10 minutes of jelqing plus 5 minutes of basic stretching. I added a two minutes to jelqing and a minute to stretching every week, untill i reached 20 minutes jelqing and 10 minutes basic stretching. I continued this for the past two months about 1-3 times a week, but I'd like to become more consistent. Feel free to follow me on my goal to 7.5 NBPEL by 5.75 MSEG
