  • 420's 7.5x5.75 log!

    Hi I'm 420. I started on the 1st of August and have been seeing good results. I thought I'd make a log so I would actually track what I've been doing . I started the first two months with a Jelq and basic stretch routine. I started out with a 10 minute workout, 10 minutes of jelqing plus 5 minutes of basic stretching. I added a two minutes to jelqing and a minute to stretching every week, untill i reached 20 minutes jelqing and 10 minutes basic stretching. I continued this for the past two months about 1-3 times a week, but I'd like to become more consistent. Feel free to follow me on my goal to 7.5 NBPEL by 5.75 MSEG

      Good luck!! That seems to be a very reasonable goal as long as you stay focused and don't over do it

          Are you taking any supplements? I drink and smoke like crazy and having some good blood flow has given me really positive results.

            I workout at the gym so I take whey protein. I also drink and sometimes smoke.

              I just have heard that those dick pills do nothing but it isn't completely true if you have bad blood flow. I got mine free when I ordered my extender(sinrex) which I won't buy again but I would check out the 5G's thread if I were you.

                NPBEL 7.5 * MSEG 5.75 sounds to me like a solid goal.
                BTW, 2 min.+ @jelqing every week can lead you to some very long routines !

                  A good tip for you, is to kegel as much blood as you can into your unit at the begin of each jelq stroke. Apply your ok grip, than you do not need to kegel again until the next rep. Do each rep extremely slow. Some reps you can stop half way up your shaft and hold all of your blood in the upper portion of your unit. You should feel a pump or a beat in the tip after holding this grip for long enough. Give this a try and tell me what you think. I've got the most growth with these techniques...

                    I was doing that untill i reached 20 minutes then stopped :P. took a week off and dropped back to 15 minutes will add a minute a week.
