  • First Day

after about a week of research i decided to start PE.. I looked at many different routines posted and i chose to pick different exercises that i thought were best for me just starting out. my routine today went like:

8 mins of warm up by standing in above normal temp shower. (most of the hot water was directed on my penis)

i streched staight out for 30 secs, right for 30 secs, left for 30 secs, down for 30 secs, and up for 30 secs. (25 kegels each time). then i did 10 big circles to the left and 10 big circles to the right. after these streches i did helicopter shakes for 30 secs.

    then i did 120 jelqs with a 40% erection

after the jelqs i did the same streches

and warmed down for 5 mins..

i thought it was wierd because i didnt feel like i did anything. your supposed to be kinda tired after a workout right??
any feed back on improvements to my routine would be great..
o and i just wanna say i love this website and how involved you guys are in the forums. who doesnt love free information ..

blaxican, you are not supposed to feel anything the first time you try PE.
This is a very subtile process when you first start. The reason you start slow, and gently, is to condition your penis. You are stretching ligaments that haven't been subject to this kind of manual stress. This routine you have chosen is alright, but you might want to only do the first part of the stretching you described and cut back to around 90 Jelqs for the first week or so. Give your penis a chance to adapt. Welcome here.

thanks for the input jon. so you think its better to do less jelqs and less streching? o and i count the jelqs by one hand. like right hand equals one, left hand equals two ect..

I advocate doing 2 handed Jelqs. Start at the base with the first hand, squeeze just hard enough to move the blood bulge to the glans. Hold while you start the second hand up. Release when you get to the first hand and repeat. Count both hands as 1 Jelq. Do these with about a 60% erection. If you use both hands do about 60 of these.

yeah i do two handed jelqs like you described. but your count would be 60 while my count would be 120. i going to start counting it like you do because it seems like that is the correct way to count. so in conclusion my routine should be less streching with 60 jelqs. i know its not good to go overboard while starting out so this seems like a good way to start out. thank you again for your advice jon.

after i get conditioned (about a month or so) should i move up to the 90 day beginner routine, or should i stick to my routine for longer?

new measurments as of last night, (i posted them wrong the first time)
