  • On the road to my PhD

I probably should've started a log a long time ago but rather late than never. After reading Bobberick's log, I was inspired to create one of my own.

    A little Background:
I'm a High School Senior, African-American, about 6'3" 186 lbs lean but muscular build, people tell me I look like a mini Dwight Howard lol. I have big hands, big feet, etc. and on top of all that I'm black so I was always stereotyped and expected to measure up in other places. I always knew I was average but like many of you I wanted to become above average. I am hoping because I am still young that I should be able to increase my size rather easily.

I am very active, I play basketball and I run track. Basketball is in season right now so that is about 2-2.5 hours of exercise six days a week plus we run 1-3 miles in addition to our practice and we are in the weight room three times a week. I don't eat candy or junk food nor do I drink soda, and I scarcely have fast food.

    I started P.E. on July 12, 2011

    Starting Stats:
    BPEL - 5.99
    BEG - 5.5
    MEG - 4.99

**I am not sure exactly how accurate these are as I have a pretty mean curve and I was an amateur at measuring. I have tried to follow a 2 on 1 off routine as best as I can but AP classes and basketball sometimes get the best of me and I have to take unplanned days off

    3-Month Stats:
    BPEL - 6.5
    BEG - 5.5
    MEG - 5.1

My short term goal is 7 inches BPEL by the end of December.

    Month 1:
Started with the JP 90 Routine and got carried away after my first couple of work outs went well with no pain and decided to jelq at higher erection levels and start edging and doing fowfers which lead to excruciating pain and a week off. I started back up on July 27, 2011 and continued doing ONLY the JP 90. I don't recall what my one month stats were but I can recall improved EQ and vascularity.

    Month 2:
Continued with the JP 90 and added in 20 minute fowfers before bed and edging two weeks later. I think I measured around 6.1 BPEL during this time and I kept my improved EQ and vascularity from the month before.

    Month 3:
Added in Bundled Stretches for 25 sec in all directions and continued the JP 90 w/ fowfers and edging from the previous month. My 90 Days ended on October 27, 2011 (I don't really count July 12 as my starting date as I had to take the week off) and my stats are posted above.
Short Term Goal: 7 in. x 5.25-5.5 in.
Long Term Goal: 7-8 in. x 6-6.5 in.

My Routine at the moment is as follows:
      15 min warmup (rice sock)
30 min stretching - 3 sets of each
      - basic stretches: straight down, up, left, right, hold for 25 sec
      - bundled stretches: straight up, down, left, right, hold for 25 sec
      - basic stretches w/kegel: straight down, up, left, right, 25 kegels in each position
      - circle stretches: 15 to the left and right
      - a-stretch: 1 for 25 sec
      - stretch straight out in circles for 25 reps
** On my last set, I add in a tunica tug for 45 sec
      30 min jelqing - 3 sets
      - 60 jelqs
      - 30 v-jelqs
At least 20 mins of edging w/5-7 supra slammers
      20 min fowfers before bed

I haven't had any negative PIs but the routine can become quite time consuming and I'm open to suggestions for something that is quicker but just as effective.
Short Term Goal: 7 in. x 5.25-5.5 in.
Long Term Goal: 7-8 in. x 6-6.5 in.

Due to time constraints, I started doing bobberick's routine instead of the one i was doing, with 100 jelqs and 70 second stretches this week and it felt great! I think he is on to something with the longer stretches as I really felt loose after I finished. I was close to 7" BPEL during edging several times.

Continued on with bobberick's routine and added extended stretching on the weekends when I have more time, around 30 minutes or so. I also replaced my fowfers before sleep with LAS while I am sitting at my desk doing homework. I am starting to hit around 7 inches BPEL, maybe a hair less, more regularly now, hopefully this trend continues. Seems like less really is more.

just realized after 5 months i confused NBPEL with BPEL lol...so I'm 6.5-6.75 NBPEL and around 7 BPEL ehh not too bad still waiting for the day I can say that I am 7 in NBPEL

Also, I saw virtually no gains between my 4th and 5th month or maybe it's just today is a bad day in regards to EQ because I don't feel as "full" as I normally do. We'll have to wait and see.

Haven't updated in awhile, going to try to be more regular.

Lets summarize real quick. I'm almost to my 8 month mark and I haven't seen any gains other than EQ related since around November. I have now stopped doing bobberick's routine and I have since made my own. My first day doing it was on Saturday and I have been going 3 on 1 off with no negative PIs. The routine is as follows:

                Warm-Up (Rice Sock) 10 minutes

                Stretches (1 min each x 2 sets)

                - Straight Out
                - Straight Down
                - Straight Up
                - Right
                - Left
                - V-Stretch
                - A-Stretch
                - Separation Stretch (Don't know the technical name, put one hand below the glands, one at the base pull in opposite directions)

                Jelqs:
                100 Ultimate Jelqs
15 Jelq/Squeezes (Hold grip at the base and glands for about 10 seconds push up to create pressure when starting jelq and take hand off glands, repeat)
                100 Ultimate V-Jelqs

                20 minutes ballooning/edging

I felt like I needed a more rigorous routine since the light one I was doing was not really facilitating gains. Let's see how this works.
Short Term Goal: 7 in. x 5.25-5.5 in.
Long Term Goal: 7-8 in. x 6-6.5 in.

Side note: The first time I did Ultimate V-Jelqs my hands were killing me but the second time around felt much better. I think these are going to be one of my favorite exercises because I can really feel the motion and I can stretch at the end of the rep.

Measured my BPFSL on Sunday and it was around 7.5 after a workout. Keeping my fingers crossed this translates to gains.

I'm not entirely sure when this happened but my BEG always measured around 5.5 in and when I measured it yesterday it was 6 in. Also, my MEG always measured a little shy of 5 in and yesterday it was 5.1 in. I'm liking these results. Hopefully the gains are permanent.
