    11/28
So I'm going to start a journal to help improve my consistency. I was trying JP's 90 routine, going to start it this morning, but after about 20 jelqs, I felt a bump on my penis and Looked down to find a blood blister. I stopped, and now my dick is covered in big blisters. Great. so now I will not be jelqing for a week at most. The things I think might've contributed to is are either over stretching, over jelqing, or both. Also, I need some proper lube. First day is not so well. But on the brightside, I can do kegels for the next week as I heal. I was going to do 50 or so with high focus, concentration, and control. 4 days on, 3 days off. It seems so little though. We'll see. Any suggestions? Thanks!

So you just learn your first lesson: your penis has its limits and there's a price to pay if you go past them...
That said, I believe that what happened might be due to an excessive use of strength: did you pull like mad when stretching? Did you use a steel grip while jelqing? This could surely explain your situation now. Keep in mind that PE is all about safety and if you want to PE safely, you must try to know everything you can about the subject. Have you read this: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...ghlight=safely, or this: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...=good+jelqing? These thread will help you to optimize your technique and use the appropriate strength during your sessions.
Wait for your penis to heal, use a proper lube as this can play an important role in what happened (many are very good and inexpensive: Personal Lubricants: The Best and Worst Lubricants to Use for PE
Last, did you properly warm up? It's much more important than what you might think.
Now heal well, use a lot of heat to fasten the process and from now be safe

Thanks normalguy, all that helps a lot! The blisters are gone. They left a few days ago, actually, but I've been so busy I haven't done much. I will pick up some lotion though!

So my routine involves a 10 minute warmup with a rice sock. Then I stretch to each side with helicopters. Then 50 slow jelqs and 30 v-jelqs, alternating 3 times. I will begin edging for 20 minutes or so. Also, I will attempt to do kegels, about 100-150 per day. What else.. Oh, bed fowfers.

I am a bit confused with kegels, still. I stop the flow of urine and sort of feel the muscle. It's just hard to isolate it when not peeing. In any case, I will be starting to jelq possibly tomorrow. This next week will be very busy, and if not this week then next week. Cheers!

New Year's Resolutions include PE. I got too caught up with stuff, including all the holidays. Didn't have time or space. But now things are back to normal. I will start doing JPop's 90 Day Routine, most likely 5 day/2day routine if it works, and will include 360 bundled stretches after a few weeks of conditioning. When I have the time, I'll commit to some edging. Fowfers for my warm downs.

        I have a question, however.

I'd like to include kegeling as a regular exercise, but should I just kegel on the 5 on days, since it's already integrated in JPop's routine? What is a good routine for kegels?

        1/6/12

        NBPFL: 3.5"
        BPEL: 5 7/8"
        Midshift EG: 4.5"
        Base EG: 4.5"

        Short Term Goal:

        NBPFL: 4.5"
        BPEL: 7"
        EG: 5.5"

Started PE today. Did the full routine, with the exception of supplements. Felt good to start. It was difficult at first to get the levels of erection right, but I ended up getting it right. I'm understanding the exercise as I do it and I feel that I am able to make it count. I did not over train as was my previous mistake. I took it easy and remained observant and aware. Overall, good session. Short warm down. Hoping to continue the routine as is. It takes roughly 50 minutes, partly because I'm still getting the hang of it.
