Hello members of Pegym.
I would like to say first and foremost thank this site as being an invaluable source of information. ( Seriously, thanks guys.) And second I would like to contribute.
I feel like the best way possible to contribute, would be creating a log and sharing my experiences with it. I have tried PE unsuccessfully in the past, for no longer than a month. I plan to stick to this until my goal is reached.
Here are my starting stats:
BPEL- 6.1
EG- 4.7
Goal after X amount of days:
BPEL - 7.0
EG- 5.5
Here is my routine for the first week:
1 day on 2 days off
10 minutes warming up (heating pad)
5 minutes manual stretches, 30 seconds in each direction.
10 minutes wet Jelq
5 Minutes of V Jelq
2 Sets of ULI Squeezes, 15 seconds each.
20~ JAI stretches
I am on day 5 currently and plan to keep this updated. Next week I will keep the same routine but have PE every other day. Thanks once again fellow PE'rs!
