  • Lets Do This!

Now i have done PE vefore in the past, but i have always been on and off, week after week. Thats going to change now becasue i have started workng on other projects that have been motivating me and hopefully if i can keep my self updated pn this board that it is a constant reminder to continue PE.

My old routines were a bit hars, intense, and over the top not working because i have been impatient and wanted an easy way out of this as everybody here would want. Then as i was looking through the forums i came across PEsuccsseGuy, when i was reading his post and his older thread it made me rethink my planing on PE and try some thing different and more simple. I tried his routine which is 2 sets of stretches all ways, and 10 mins of jelqus and edging. This turned out to be the best thing for my penis and it made me feel a lot better about it, so i would recomend to anyone. If your impatient and want to have quick gains, it wont happen and you'll end up hurting yourself in the long run, but if your want good REAL results. Stay consistant and dont be so agressive on our cock.

    My Routine is as follows

    warm up: 20 min
stretches: all sides 35 second holds
    jelqs: 10 minutes (PERFICT FORM)
edging: about 10 mins or more
then on everyh other day i will do kegles so i can make my PC mucsle stronger then ever.

I'm going to do this method for a month and if everything goes well then i'll keep it another month but if i want to change it, then i will see if theres something that should be modified in my plan.

    Alright lets do this!

so todays session went preaty well, not as good as yesterdays but i see anf feel the gains already comming in, Im so fuckin excited from this.
but i have a question. People on here will say that a beginer routine is 2 days on and one day off, but your working out a soft muscle and a ligament, and i weight lift a lot so i had the idea that wouldnt it be better to do a 1 day on and 1 day off cus your ligament or muscle needs about 24-36 hours of resting before another work out. So would some one please explain this because i'm a little comfused?

Sure thing, I actually am a one day on and one day off PEer here, with the weekends as off days as well. The penis isn't quite like a bicep or any other muscle, because it has muscle in it, not that it is muscle; it's more like an arm and the elbow fat combined, for that strong stretchy feeling. Some people need to workout a lot to gain in muscle and size, some don't. I'm someone who working out 3 times a week does it for me. But some people gain better when they workout more.

Experimentation is what should give you your answer.
