    Day 6:Monday, 12 Dec 2011

    My usual routine but I am experimenting with the stretches. I read on this site yesterday about the possible advantages of doing light stretches before jelquing and the actual stretches after jelquing. It sounded interesting .... so I am trying it tonight.

    10 minutes warm up
    Light Basic stretching
    10 minute wet jelqing
    Basic Stretching in all directions with kegels
    10 minute warm down

      I am pleased with my routine today. My penis was nice and plump after the jelquing before I started the stretching. I think I have stretched my penis' shaft more doing it this way. I experienced no pain or uncomfortableness, but could feel the stretch in my tendons. After the routine my member was nice and plump hanging down low. I decided to do warming down for 10 - 15 minutes ... just in case.

      Now I am relaxing with green tea flavoured with ginger

        Today is a rest day.

        I am very impressed with my flaccid hang today (after 6 PE sessions). I can see an improvement in the visible appearance. I feel like I want to show everybody A pity I did not measure my flaccid hang, but I decided not to, due to variations in flaccid size by external factors such as temperature etc.

        Last night about 4 hours after my PE exercise I decided it was time to reward myself with an extended masturbation session of 30 minutes. I was impressed with my EQ. It was at least an 8 on the scale. My erection felt plumper but it can be my imagination. Maybe I was just very aroused. Now I am having another cup of green tea spiced with ginger.

          Did my usual routine earlier tonight. Went for a nice long one hour oil massage. Hmmm... I am as relaxed as can be.

                  I did PE this week on the following days: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. I am doing my usual routine but decided to add

                  jai stretches (50 during the day).

                        I started doing PE just over a month ago on the 3rd December 2011. I decided to measure tonight as I felt during masturbation sessions as if my penis has more volume and thickness. I was curious to do measurements but decided to wait. Today, I could not wait anymore

                        An increase in length and girth (midshaft) which makes me very happy indeed.

                          I have been suffering from dermatitis due to a allergic reaction to a condom. Last night I did my first edging session for 40 minutes. It was challenging due to the sensitivity of the dermatitis but I enjoyed it.

                          Today i am going to do PE

                          Warmup 15 minutes
                          Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out) times 2
                          10 minutes jelquing
                          Warm down stretches 15 seconds times 2
                          Warm down 10 minutes
