Day 21, Friday, 13 January 2012
10 min warm up
2 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
100 kegels whilst doing stretches
10 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
15 min warm down
I tried baby petroleum jelly today during jelq session as I am still suffering from an allergic reaction.

Today is a PE day.
I am a bit stressed due to some rumours at work which is not true at all and some idiot has not got anything better to do than talk nonsense. Problem is these rumours can destroy my career.
So, i decided to just relax and do some edging tonight instead.

Day off.
I have noticed that my flaccid hang is longer. My flaccid penis feels more spongy and thicker. I have had turtling problems in the past, however not since I started PE.
I am treating myself to a cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey. It is good for colds and stimulates blood circulation.Last edited by jakkie; 01-18-2012, 10:06 AM.

Decided to measure lastnight to confirm my sucpicions that there have been some gains. So, I ripped out my hammer which I use like a dowel and measured.
Measurements: (06/01/12)
BPFL 16.9 cm (+ 0.7 cm)
BPEL 16,8 cm (+ 0.8 cm)
EG (base) 13.5 cm (same)
EG (midshaft) 13,2 cm(+ 0.2 cm)
Measurements: (23/01/12)
BPFL 16.9 cm (did not measure)
BPEL 17,1 cm (+ 1.1 cm increase overall)
EG (base) 13.5 cm (same)
EG (midshaft) 13,5 cm(+ 0.5 cm increase overall)
Observations about my penis shape:
I have noticed that my penis' shape has changed slightly when erect. It has a slight bend to the left, which it never had. It also looks as if the right side of my penis, mid-shaft, is a bit thicker than the other side. I have also noticed a stronger upwards curve. Now I have been wondering if these changes is due to PE or to the fact that my EQ has increased to about a 8 on the scale. I have rock hard erections which reminds me of my EQ when I was half my age.
Interesting!
Observations about my flaccid hang:
Wow! What a hang this morning after the bed fowers and edging. I did not ejaculate after the edging. I am not to sure if I did edging or balooning maybe something halfway inbetween.

1 Cup of tea made of 2 cinnamon sticks brewed for 30 minutes with 1 tablespoon raw honey. Taken 1/2 cup in the evenings before bed and the other 1/2 first thing in the morning. Its a weightloss recipe and cinnamon is supposedly good for diabetics as it helps with the absorbtion of insulin in cells.
Routine:
1 Cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey.
10 min warm up
2 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels whilst doing stretches
12 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
15 min warm down
