Started the 90 day course the begining of this week.Still need to take some proper measurements before i go too far.Really getting into the excercises now and after 4 days feel great. As I mentioned elsewhere I'm on a total porn fast now and trying to keep masturbation to a min. I'm hoping this will get my EQ back to somewhere near what it used to be and that's something the wife should notice first.I have taken a few pics today pre and post excercises, all without erection and will try to take these on a monthly basis.Once they've been checked out by admin or whoever I'll post the links in this thread.My non erect girth seems to be around 4.75 and non erect length about 4.I'll wait for the wife to give me a hand to get the full erect measurements as i seem to get the best erections in her presence (I'd have to say that just in case she reads this). But from previous measurings my erect length (non bper) was 6(ish) cant remember the girth (not enough obviously or I wouldn't be here).Anyways, untill next time......

finally worked out how to get the pics on.The first 3 are pre warm up, the next is post stretch with a small blood spot on the edge of glans and the final one is pre warmdown with the spot a little bigger. There were more small patches around the glans , nothing too bad and they are fading quickly.

Just completed 5th days routine. Things seemed to go much better today. Unit feels very warm after, internally and the skin. It's that warm muscle feeling after a workout type of thing. I appear to have mastered the various moves now, heli's , wets and v's.
Decided to do 30-40 kegs during warm up and another load during warmdown as there's not much more to do whilst waiting.

Day 2 of the second week.
Wasn't feeling particularly into it this morning but decided to go ahead anyway. Perhaps I should of waited till later because I was rewarded with a nice bruise.
I think I may have been a bit to vigorous with the grip whilst jelqing. I haven't quite got a consistent technique yet and may be overdoing it on the pressure.
This probably means an enforced rest day tomorrow as far as the jelq goes. Still stretch and keg...

Took 1 day off after the injury, but did do some mild stretches and helicopters last night, all felt well.
Did 10 min warm up stretches and helicopters followed by just V's this morning as didn't want to cause any more damage. All seems good and the bruising has all but disappeared. Will have to make sure I loosen the grip when doing the wets as that's where I think I caused the probs..6 x 6 aiming for 8 x 6.5

So thats xmas eve, xmas day and boxing day,all just doing stretches, heli's and kegs. Ready to get back to the full routine I think. No porn for ages now and minimal mast. Feels great, early morning erections returning and eq seems better as well.

Completed full routine after laying off the jelqing due to injury. Good session, no apparent bruising. hope it carries on that way. Will start pumping sessions in a couple of weeks as an experiment. Will probably measure as well next week.6 x 6 aiming for 8 x 6.5
