  • BNF1989 Progress Log

    I'm a new guy having just joined this forum. I am a 22 year old caucasion in good shape (exercise normally 5x a week). Just looking to increase the size of my member, mostly length gains.

    I just started using JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine (Beginner's Routine) along with a Bathe Mate, which I only use for 5 to 10 minutes during my warm up routine. I already did the Beginner's Routine yesterday and plan to do it again this evening. I have posted my current, short term, and long term goals below. I will log my routine in the next post.

    It will take some time for me to get accustomed to updating this progress log because I am not one to maintain a journal or log, but I feel this might help me maintain a regular routine and have some accountability to myself. If I am leaving any information or data out in my progress log, please let me know.

    If you have any suggestions on improving the Beginner's Routine, please share them. I also plan to start using the suggested supplements very soon.

    DAY 2 - Okay, I feel like I had a really good workout last night. Below, I have outlined my routine and then some follow-up notes. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions on improving this routine.

    Warm Up:
    10 minutes with warm wash cloth.

    Stretches:
    15 to 20 Helicopters
    Left Stretch (25 kegels)
    Clockwise Circles (10) and Counter Clockwise Circles (10)
    15 to 20 Helicopters
    Center Stretch (25 kegels)
    Clockwise Circles (10) and Counter Clockwise Circles (10)
    15 to 20 Helicopters
    Right Stretch (25 kegels)
    Clockwise Circles (10) and Counter Clockwise Circles (10)
    15 to 20 Helicopters

    Jelqing ( I repeat this 3 times):
    Wet Jelqs:
    50 wet jelqs

    "V" Jelqs:
    30 "V" Jelqs

    Warm Down:
    Edging for 30 minutes every other day of routine. - (Not everyday after my routine)
    10 minutes with warm wash cloth
    Shower

    HERE ARE MY NOTES:

    - First, I seem to have an issue with getting too erect while jelqing. Several times during my routine I have to stop a few seconds (not more than a minute) to let my boner subside until I believe it's at the appropriate level to jelq. I hope this will not be a problem as I get accustomed to jelqing. I think I get really hard because my penis is normally used to me masturbating.

    - At the end of my second routine, I noticed a tiny dark spot on the head of my penis. I figure that it's just from beginning the jelqing and forcing blood into the head of my penis. I am not too concerned about it.

    - This morning, I noticed some slight soreness at the base of my penis. I don't think it's a big deal. It feels like a muscle that has been worked hard in the gym.

    - I also woke up several times last night and this morning with major wood. It seemed harder than normal.

    - I started the suggested supplements and have decided to limit my masturbation as much as possible.

      Day 3 - Sorry for not posting an update on my routine yesterday. I knew when I started this progress log that I wouldn't be able to update it on a daily basis. This post is regarding Day 3, which was yesterday.

      Routine:
      I did the Beginner's Routine, which is mentioned above, and focused on being at the appropriate level of erection when wet jelqing and V jelqing. It was mentioned by several more experienced users on this forum that my penis might be too hard when I had been jelqing, which resulted in a small spot on my penis' head. I also made sure the grip wasn't too tight. It felt like I had a great routine.

      Notes:
      I am still experiencing some improved erections (EQ) at night and especially in the morning. I continue to refrain from masturbation or sex on the days that I do my routine. It also seems like I have a better hang throughout the day.

        Day 4 & Day 5 - I took two rest days to give my equipment time to rest and hopefully grow. I also did 30 to 45 minutes of edging each day and some bed fowfers, which really seemed to help my flaccid hang.

          Day 6 & 7 - As the school semester progresses it seems more difficult for me to update this log on a daily basis, but I'm going to stick with it through the 90 day Beginner's Routine.

          Routine:
          I did the Beginner's Routine, which is mentioned above, it went really well.

          The problem with being too erect doing jelqs seems to have subsided. The quality of my erections are great.

          Notes:
          I started regularly doing bed fowfers before I go to sleep. I believe they have helped my flaccid hang throughout the day.
