Modified Newbie Routine Posted by Babbis:
Do the following routine, 2 days on, 1 day off, for a total of 6 workout days (18 total days)
At the end of the routine, do the light cementing routine for 1 week, as described below.

    THE ROUTINE:
    Warm-up for 10 minutes
150 Light Jelqs, 3 seconds each
(equivalent to 7.5 minutes of stretching)

5 rotating stretches to the left, each stretch lasting 30 seconds
5 rotating stretches to the right, each stretch lasting 30 seconds
(that's a total of 12.5 minutes of PE)
*Both stretches and jelqs are performed lightly

    1 WEEK CEMENTING ROUTINE
30 second stretches: SO, L, R, SD, SU
5 Rotary stretches to the left, 5 to the right

Length As of May 19th, 2009: 5.4 inches

well man. To be honest, that routine seems pretty intense. . .7 and 1/2 minutes of jelqing when you are only a begginer is quite alot. . . .Take it down to about 4-5. Remember, the longer you hold the jelq for (stroke), the LESS reps you have to do as, for example: If you did one 3 sec. jelq. . .well, that'd be equal to 3 carppy, one second jelqs. Less is more. You HAVE to remember that. Besides, if you start out with the LESS is more technique, you will find that even if you dont make gains, you'll still get positive PI's/ And when you are looking for those gains if you havent gained for a while, or even YET, then you have to increase the number of REPS you do, NOT the intensity. And you should NOT do THAT until you are done with about 3 months of PE. Why take the risk of overtraining? Why not take it slow. . . You have two options: Do a light routine and get much better erection quality and MAYBE even gains. Then, after a while, you can modify your routine and get gains, along with EVEN BETTER PI's. . . .Or you can go the traditional newbie way, overtrain, and come back saying, "Gee, I wish somebody had warned me. . . .or. . . ."Guys, what could I have done wrong?" . . .and right when you had all the answers and advice you need in ADVANCE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. . . .Also, only measure 2 weeks at the VERY LEAST. Dont wanna get discouraged do you. Please take the advice, otherwise, you are 90% likely to screw up, overtrain, etc.

PS.- By the way, that all pertained to the jelqing man

Well I haven't measured yet, but I do notice when I am hard I am harder and I can stay hard for a whole lot longer without self stimulating myself. I can also stop from cumming a little better. SO I feel that is some improve meant.

Don't worry about cementing, this PE routine was for the one who are planning on stopping PE, and cementing involves doing your routine for a regular month, then 1/2 of that routine, and till your unit was accustom not doing it.
