I was on Malehanger's site and he is now recommending only doing one set per day, apparently it's just as effective, so I started doing that on Friday. It's more convenient, as I have exams coming up, but I'm skeptical as to how effective it will be.

Anyway, we'll see

EDIT: I'm going to stick with 3kg for this week, I'm getting a really good stretch and 4.5kg would probably be too heavy.

Ok, I'm about to hang 20mins @ 3kg

Condom related note: I'm not entirely sure that I measure my girth properly, mainly because of a severe case of "measuring tape anxiety." I say this because I've always measured my MSEG at around 4.7", so I recently went out and ordered custom condoms just to see if comfort would be better, but they were unbelievably tight and uncomfortable, they also had to be stretched out by hand in order to roll them down past the mid-shaft, so maybe I'm not 4.7"? It always does feel and look thicker during sex than it does during masturbation.

Normal condoms always leave a bright red ring around my penis when I take them off too, I've never felt that they were tight but there is some mild irritation once I take them off.

Also, I can confirm that "large condoms" are marketing bullshit more or less! I bought a pack yesterday out of curiosity, used one last night with my girlfriend, and didn't have any slippage issues whatsoever, in fact, it was more comfortable! The morale of the story is this: if you see a guy buying large condoms don't automatically think he's packing, my 4.7" MSEG dick can seemingly wear them without any problems!

Also my base girth is only 5" I think, so it's not like I'm massive around the base either. Anyway, just some interesting condom size observations I can apparently wear large condoms without problems

Does this mean I can buy durex xl?? I'll be back... I don't think you can get magnums here lol. I heard this one story the lads were telling me, this guy walks into spar (the shop) and asked the girl at the counter for condoms, she picks out the normal ones and he says "Ah no the extra large ones" She smiles and gives him the box of condoms with a piece of paper underneath the box, the paper contained her number Hard to believe that would happen in this country aha. I'm going to carry extra large condoms in my wallet from now on and if anyone dares to look into my wallet for anything they'll think I'm packing a beast

Spar? You must be in the UK or Ireland then. Funny story! lol

I bought a pack of Manix Skyn "grande taille" condoms, I don't know if manix sell in the UK.

Normal condoms usually have a diameter of 53mm, the ones I bought are 56mm.

I just checked and Durex XL's have a 56mm diameter so it's the same as what I bought, so they are the same width but they're 22cm long which means you would have 2"+ of unrolled condom...

Out of curiosity I just checked manix king size and they are 190mm x 54mm, they are basically the same as normal condoms only a bit longer

I haven't updated in a while, I've been busy studying, but I'm still hanging! Currently hanging 4.5kg

I also have excellent news to report!! I measured yesterday and I have gained length I measured several times and it was always between 18.25cm and 18.5cm (I was 17.5cm when I started hanging). Honestly, I'm delighted, and surprised that I have gained so quickly, hanging is awesome!

0.75cm in 37 days of hanging is fantastic! And the the truly encouraging thing is that I've gained at really, really low weight which means that the gains should keep on coming

I'm from Ireland too and would like to be able to have everything I need before my hanger arrives so I can start straight away. Can you tell me the products you bought in Ireland for wrapping and in which shops? Also is it easy to purchase weights in such small sizes? Where did you buy them and how many did you buy? Any advice for an absolute nube will be helpful.

Glad to hear you've decided to start hanging!

I'm Irish, but I haven't lived there for years (I'm in central Europe) so unfortunately I can't help you with shops etc. But, trust me, the equipment is very easy to pick up

For the wrap I use an old hoodie that I've cut into strips, and an adhesive bandage that can be picked up in any pharmacy. Something like this:

Just go to a pharmacy and ask for a self-adhesive bandage that is between 5 and 6cm wide

For the weights, yes you can pick up small weights no problem, you can probably get them in elverys or champion sports, they are surprisingly expensive though! I'm a very lazy person though so I'm currently using water bottles as my weights (because my weight is still low). In the beginning you can do the same, 1.5L of water = 1.5kg Just grab an empty bottle, fill it with water, put it into a plastic bag, and attach it to the hanger!

Remember to check out malehanger's forum, his wrapping guide is useful and he has a number of instructional videos as well
