    Day 2: Had my second session today and I must say I'm getting the hang of it. Got a better "pump" while jelqing and I'm sorry but I just LOVE my rice sock. It's my new buddy.

    However this V Jelqing thing is fucking awkward man. Today I did V's from the top, not the bottom, and it's much more comfortable. And I'm loving the baby oil with E and aloe. My dick is soft as a baby's skin. Why the hell I haven't discovered and started doing PE sooner? This thing is fucking awesome!

    Oh, and my pecker stopped turtling. After just one session. I do tug on it throughout the day though.

        Hello Schwing, i'll answer your extender question on your log because the other progress log wasn't my log and i felt a bit guilty clogging up his log with my posts.

        I would say if you ever decide to extend i would suggest you definately go for the x4 because (a) cut guys don't get so much pain from extenders because obviously you don't have to worry about extender nooses strangling the foreskin, (b) the x4 has been proven time and time again to give results. This member funflyer gained a couple of inches using an x4. Here's his log with pics: https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...y-journey.html . The problem with the penismasterpro is that it's a new kind of extender and not enough guys have reported great results, so if you went with that you would be taking an expensive risk that might not pay off.

        By the way i gave up extending because i couldn't take the pain so i'm probably not the best guy to be asking extender advice.

          Ok cool, that's good enough for me. I want to do this manually as much as possible so I'm not planning on getting one unless I can't reach my goal the regular way. I figure if I get stuck I'll hit up Big Al and I should be in good hands. On the unlikely event that even he can't help me and I'm forced to get an extender... well, I'll cross that bridge when (if) I get there. But I doubt I will need to do that. I've got faith, mate.

            Yeah i think you've made a wise choice to stick with manual because to gain an inch with an extender you will need to wear it for a minimum of 1000 hours but with manual if you take things sensibly you could easily gain your first inch in 200 hours or less.

                Oh my god, guys. I can't believe this. It's only been two days, but my dick is not turtling. For reals. It now hangs flaccid, like, almost twice as long as it normally did. Usually its just all shriveled up small in my briefs and had to stretch it out when I went to take a leak. And then it went all back. Now, nothing. NOTHING! My schlong is sitting pretty and "long" the way I left it this morning after PE. Fuckin' aye, mate!

                      Thanks mate. I know I'M excited. I'm just doing the JP90 but not for 5 days. I'm gonna do it 2 on 1 off. And those V Jelqs are very awkward for me so I modified them. I do it from the top, between outstretched index and middle finger, pushing down to my pubic bone as far as I can and going up from there.

                      Thanks bud. Active? Not really. Well today or when I have time. I'm lucky 'cause I'm my own boss. It's the JP90 routine slightly modified.                         So, I'm doing the 2 days on 1 day off version of JP90. Today was my day off and I'll be hitting it tomorrow again. But I need a little clarification. For jelqing do I HAVE TO BE semi erect? 'Cause so far I've been pretty flaccid all the way through with a slight pump effect. And me switching over to doing V jelqs from the top with extended index and middle fingers is okay?

                          Ok so for jelqs it is definitely not necessary to be semi-erect, but it kind of depends on your goals. The more erect you are the more it's generally thought that you are working more on girth. Conversely, completely flaccid jelqing is thought to only help gain length. I don't think this is proven but it's generally accepted as the truth. Personally, in the last about month and a half I have stopped watching porn during jelqing. The result is that I spend a lot of time jelqing in a pretty flaccid state. They say that you can eventually kind of control how flaccid/erect you stay during jelqing by using kegels but I have yet to figure this out. However, I have noticed that it is getting easier for me to stay at about 50-60% when I want to.

                          As for v-jelqs I think its definitely ok to do them from the top. Actually I'm not sure if you have read the thread about about Ultimate V's but I think that the method explained in that thread is the best for v's (even though I've never tried it). I'll post it here. It might be a bit advanced since you only have a couple days experience. Also, when I did JP90s I always thought v-jelqs worked better for me at a high erection level. I don't do them anymore, it seems like a lot of people drop them when they finish JP90s but I'm not sure why, they're kind of cumbersome and annoying but I think they are really good for girth gains.

                            Well, I tend to fluctuate with how erect I get but it's negligible. I get a pump going up toward my glans and I see bulging so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. I guess I'll just have to play with it and see how it goes.

                            As for V jelqs... I looked at that thread and I'm doing exactly that except I'm not holding my fingers together from below. They seem to be strong. To be honest I actually like V jelqs done from the top. They feel great. But how hard do I need to squeeze for jelqs, both kinds?

                              That's a tough question to answer; you kind of just get a feel for it eventually. You should jelq hard enough that you can tell that you're moving blood but if it ever starts to hurt then that is too hard. There should be absolutely no uncomfortability while jelqing. If you are sore afterwards then you can probably tone it down a bit until you get more conditioned, but if at any point you feel any pain while actually doing the jelqs you should stop.

                              I've heard it said that if you jelqed an egg then you'd want to squeeze as hard as you can without breaking the egg. Also, I find it a lot harder to decide how hard to grip when I'm flaccid than when I'm about 60% erect. The more erect you are the less you have to squeeze obviously and it's easier to tell when you are moving blood.

                              I think the best advice I can give is that you have to just get a feel for how hard to squeeze and as long as you are getting positive PIs that means you are not doing it too hard. If after a month you see no gains but have positive PIs the whole time then you are not going hard enough. If you have negative PIs and don't gain then you are going too hard. If you are have good PIs and gain then you are doing it just right!
