- Basic Stretch (30sec each direction); once with each hand
- “Helicopter Stretch”(1 minute seconds each direction); both directions & with both hands
- Tunica Tugs (1 minute); once with each hand
- 10 – 30 minute warm up with rice sock
- Wet Jelq (20 min); squeeze at base and below glans for 2 second & 5 second stroke & alternating hands
- U Jelq (10 min)
- ALSO
- Day 1; Balloon till PONR 3 times
- Day 2; PONR 5 times option to climax
- 10 – 30 minute warm up with rice sock
- Apply cream:
- Castor oil
- Moogoo Eczema & Psoriasis Balm
- Tea Tree Oil
- Triple Antibiotic cream
- Apply cream:
- Egobooster Stretcher 4 hours
- 10-30 min warm up with rice sock
