    Current Routine
    Day 1 & Day 3
    • 10 – 30 minute warm up with rice sock
      • Basic Stretch (30sec each direction); once with each hand
      • “Helicopter Stretch”(1 minute seconds each direction); both directions & with both hands
      • Tunica Tugs (1 minute); once with each hand

    • 10 – 30 minute warm up with rice sock
      • Wet Jelq (20 min); squeeze at base and below glans for 2 second & 5 second stroke & alternating hands

        • Day 1; Balloon till PONR 3 times
        • Day 2; PONR 5 times option to climax

      "MONTH 2"

      Holy shit it works! That is very encouraging.

      I posted earlier that i felt really shit and that i had no friends or social life because of my ex girlfriend. Well that is bullshit because i have a social life i have gone out and have been invited to many things, people have been laughing with me not at me when i am out and about. I must admit in terms of picking up women i am still finding my groove but none of the feelings or problems i experience are the fault of my ex-girlfriend and that feels empowering to acknowledge. The dissatisfaction i felt was honest though i have to admit that my social life is not what i would have it like but i am not feeling bad about that or blaming someone else for that.

      I did many life affirming things in the past few weeks and i feel great.

      My routine: 3 days on 1 day off
      Day 1 & Day 3 (1hr 20 minimum)

      "MONTH 1"
      I wanted to post this log here so i can update, track my progress and i guess my feelings on the whole subject (i feel im insecure).

      Im hoping to update this log every other week or monthly.
      Im more interested in building the habbit at the moment.

      Goals: Im hoping for 1inch girth & 1.5inch length increases by the end of the year. After 3 months of the (sic) above routine (which is mostly conditioning) i will change it to a more intermediate routine.

      i don't want to rely on porn though so ill have to try and use art or erotica for inspirations instead. The routine is going great on my off days i get a familiar ache (not pain) in my member so i know i am doing enough.

      Reflections: I think the approach I am taking to this log will be beneficial to me and I am happy I started it. I think updating weekly, perhaps not in depth, is a good length of time between updates – if I combine this with a summary reflection like this every time I adjust my routine I’m sure to notice and understand better physically and mentally the changes I am making. Building the habbit is a good focus but not the best for continuing my routine – I am now in a regular routine and I believe a “TECHNIQUE” focus should be my concern. I am still happy with the goal, it is large one but with a technique focus I believe my routines will improve at the right pace to reach it. I am using Sonic Erotica.com – Free Erotic Audio for inspiration instead of more hardcore pornography. I hope this will break a cycle of porn viewing and masturbation, improve gains and boost my self-esteem.

      2. []Helicopter stretch (i think?) pulling out and then right, then all around as if i were drawing a circle. twice in each direction 15 seconds total.
      3. []ligament stretch grabbing balls and base with one "ok" grip and then just under glans with a second "ok" grip and pulling up. 15 seconds twice.

      10 - 30 minutes warm up with rice sock
      1. I apply Vaseline
      2. [] jelqing with varying intensity and pressure (basically to feeling) for 10-15 minutes.
        1. Sometimes i kegel while doing this if i am feeling ok for that and my form is good; i kegel/reverse kegel in a 1-10 pattern [1 sec kegel, 1sec reverse kegel, 2 sec kegel, 2 sec reverse kegel... then i will do 20 quicker kegel/reverse kegels at each end of the pattern because i count down from 10 aswell])

      3. [] U or v-jelqing with varying intensity and pressure (basically to feeling) for 5 minutes (average)
      4. Wipe off Vaseline with a baby wipe and apply a moisturiser consisting of:-
        1. Castor oil; Moogoo eczema & Psoriasis Balm; Tea tree oil.
        2. I have pearly pauples (not serve but i am self conscious of them) and a few tiny skin tags. I also had the misfortune to contract oral herpes as a very young child and passed it onto my penis when i was going to the toilet i guess (not knowing better). The herpes don't come out unless i'm very sick or if i have been stung by something so i guess i am lucky in that way. Either way the whole issues have left me growing up not feeling so good about myself sexually which i am hoping PE will somewhat help to fix.

      10 - 30 minutes warm down with rice sock

      Every second day i will Edge or balloon with the intention of reaching the ponr 3 times. I will usually Do my kegel pattern while doing this.

        loved the new routine and focus i felt in it. I opened up the clock on my laptop so i could time everything perfectly and i got a very good rhythm from it. Super excited to have my base stats up now and have something to look back on. I am tossing up whether to take photos or not but either way id never post them online.

        I decided to quit the AP90 because i didn't agree with the direction it was going when i learnt more about it, nothing against people who are doing it i feel i can learn more about myself from a less cold turkey approach.

        I decided to measure non BPEL for convenience, Glans because i will target glans more after my third month, EQ because its important indicator of positive/negative indicators; the other measurements are standard. I believe i have a fuller erection after my routine and being measure on the first day of my routine mean i have a day off to recover before i measure.

        I decided to go with mm for measurement after remembering that in the Aus metric system cm aren't used. random but wteva don't hate me playa...

        Things are looking great

          Im having one of those staring at the man in the mirror moments.

          I feel shit right now. I am depressingly unsatisfied with my social life at the moment. I feel like i have no true friends and people don’t like me or enjoy hanging out with me. It’s like because of my relationship with my ex girlfriend I have no fulfilling relationships left or all the opportunities I had have gone completely. The rest of my life is going well by all accounts, I am dieting & exercising with success I am really happy with my PE routine & I have cut back on porn and masturbation so much I’m actually a little proud of my efforts, im doing well at uni and I graduate from my first bachelors in 2 weeks and my second same time next year. I signed up to ‘meetup.com’ but I haven’t gone to anything half part hoping I don’t have to rely on it and half for lacking courage. Being honest with myself , with the friends I keep right now I am not happy. Last night I went out with my cousin that I haven’t seen in a year and I can tell he actually gives a shit about me we had an awesome night, if I was feeling better about myself I might’ve actually gotten with a few girls as well. Waking up I realised i give a shit about my friends but I don’t feel I receive the same from them. I am going to take sometime today to do some deep thinking/feeling & meditation, and then I am going to go out and find something that makes me laugh because feeling like this is just a hex on my whole life.

          I appreciate feeling like this because I know its an honest feeling and my dissatisfaction is not contrived. I have a real dissatisfaction and I need to do things about it. The problem isn’t the feeling its what’s causing the feeling that I need to sort out.
