Hello PE gym! I used to PE a few months ago and quit due to my girlfriend telling me that my size what good the way it was. Although I was still not satisfied with it. So I have since broken up with this girlfriend and now I am back on the PE road. Back in the day I gained about a half inch going from 5"&14/16ths to 6"&6/16ths
, and no gains in girth. Thankfully I didn't lose any of my gains. Alrighty
here are my stats:
June 9th 2009:
EL- 5"& 12-13/16ths
EG- 4"& 14/16ths
BPEL-6"&6/16ths
Starting Routine: 6 days on 1 day off. Saturday is my rest day.
1.Warm-up in shower with shower head
2.Basic stretches in the 5 directions, stretch and hold for 15 seconds each (1 or two times each)
3.Helicopter swirls I think they are called? where you spin your unit around to revive the blood flow. I do this after each individual stretch or when I feel its necessary.
4. Jelq. I do 25 jelqs right handed, then 25 left handed. and repeat. Doing about 100 jelqs. Somtimes throw in some helicopter spins if I feel its nessesary.
5. Cool down method. I use a cup and cool water to cool down. Not cold, but just right. I feel the cool-down method is more scientifically sound in my personall opinion so it what im going to use for the time being.
Future plans: Going to be measureing on the 9th of each month from this day forth. Continueing my routine and making small adjustments and impovements to it along the way. Since I am not a complete newbie at PE, I have decided to move a little faster, on my next measure date (july 9th) I will increase the amount of jelqs in my routine to what I feel combfortable with at the time.
And thats about it folks. Thanks PE gym for provideing all this valuable information and thank you in advance to members of the forum.
