    It's getting harder and harder to gain. I was really lucky, I got a lot of EQ gains (at least .5 inches) and some good beginner gains, now it seems that progress slowed down to 1/4th of an inch in 3 month.. I'll take that.
    Funny that girth is slow and steady, it wasn't really affected by eq gains or initial length gains. I did start Supra slammers, 2 weeks ago and it seems that they do wonders for girth, my cock is much "plumpier"


    I think the key is consistency, if you PE 3-5 times a week you will get results. Also don't forget to take a one week break every 3 month or so, your cock needs some rest too.. It seems to have worked for me.

      You may have to up your stretch times, ie ads or all day hanger. im also a father and find it easy to wear a master lock for hrs at a time, undetected so far, only the wife has gotten close to finding it.

        Thanks for the advice,
        Devices are not an option for me.. my kids are 5 and 2 and they are everywhere
        My workout sessions are about 30-40 min long and that's pretty much the max I can afford right now.. but oh well.. I'm glad I'm still getting results, better then nothing.

          A master lock is very hidden. Just watch for those head butts to the groin. It weighs about 400mg so its best used after workout. If your girth is under 5" id recommend tighty whities or boxer briefs in case it slips off. I found a silicone toe protector that you can cut the end off so you can slip it on past the glands, very comfy.

            Changed my Routine a bit.

            Length:
            5 min Warm-up
            --Stretch to the left for 30 kegels
            --circular stretch with right hand for 20 circles
            --circular stretch with left hand for 20 circles
            --helicopter shakes
            Repeat for right stretch, down strech, up stretch
            360 deg stretch for 15 sec clockwise and counter clockwise
            2x 15 sec V stretches

            Girth:
            --20 OK Jelqs downward
            --20 undergrip jelqs forward
            --20 V jeqs upward
            --20 A jelqs forward
            Repeat Jelq routine 3 times
            20 Supra slammers, I rarely get to 20, but I shoot for over 12 each time

            Working 5 on 2 off days
            Start BPEL- 6, MEG 4.8, BPFSL - 6.5 ---- Feb 1st 2012

              How often do you kegel and how many do you do? Also do you edge at all?
              Starting stats (1/01/14): NBPEL: 6", MEG: 4.25"
              Short-term goal: NBPEL: 6.25", MEG: 4.7"
              Long term goal: NBPEL: 6.5", MEG: 5" (and improve EQ and overcome PE)

                  Measured today.. couldn't wait..
                  I've been adding 20 Supra slammers and tunica tugs to each workout for the last 2 month.. and I wanted to see if it has any impact

                  First I finally got a tape for girth measurements, and to my surprise, tape was showing consistently .2inch (about 5mm) lower than my dental string I was using until now.. that's a bummer, I modified all my measurements to new "tape" measure by removing .2 inches from each since I'll be using tape from now on.

                  Well, long story short a bit over 19cm BPEL and 14cm MEG whohohoho!!!!! finally 7.5 by 5.5!!! unbelievable!

                  I think supra slammers and tunica tugs had a good impact on my girth since by new measure I gained .2 inches in girth

                  Soooo happy! hooray!

                  PS BPFSL increased to 21cm which is 8.25

                        Congrats! Big inspiration. I'm having a hard time starting off. Haven't seen any gains in my first 90 days but reading everyone's sucsess stories like yours keep me trying to be more focused on everything I do. Hopefully I'll start seeing gains now w the new year!

                          You will, I didn't see any gains for the first 6 weeks too (I was measuring weekly).. and then BAM almost .5 inches in a week.. (go go EQ)

                              This is AWESOME!!! I am giggling and admiring what you have done.....you are so inspirational I wish I saw you face to face.
                              I just began like 2 weeks ago and our goals seems so much alike. MY BPEL though is slightly higher than 6 almost 6.5 but wish to have a 7.5 BPEL and girth close to 6 or 6 inches. I have been following a routine like yours, a maximum of 5 days and minimum of 3 days per week and all my weekends off!!!
                              My night woods are skyrocketing and my EQ has hit the roof even my GF is a bit worried and keeps on asking me, "What is wrong with you of late? you seem to be like erect all night!"....I know the reason.

                                Another 3 month passed, it seems I hit a stall
                                Latest measurements:
                                BPEL - 190mm
                                BPFSL - 210mm
                                MEG - 137mm

                                I didn't gain any length and lost some girth.

                                For the next 3 month I'll focus on length mostly with just some jelqs at the end of routine to try to break the stall
