    Hello everyone,
    I thought I'd start a progress thread. I stumbled on a
    book this summer "Exercising Your Penis" and followed
    his advice with basic exercises.

    In January 2012 I began a low tension, all day approach.
    I use a silicon cup and leg strap during the day, and sometimes
    at night too. I average 19-20 hours a day usually under very
    low tension. Its very comfortable for me and doesn't really
    bother me during the day or at night.

    I want to gain length first, which I learned from many vets
    here who recommend length first, then girth.

    So I'll try to update each day if I can my hours and how things
    are going.

    Yesterday: 20 hours, everything Ok, no slippage, took off the
    device around 4 am for 4 hours while I slept. Got
    some really good night time wood, which is my sign
    everything is Ok. When I awoke in the morning got
    an awesome erection too.

    So I got in 16 hours on my light tension. I'm curious
    as to how much tension I am getting with this method???
    I took it off at 1 am and fell asleep without it on. Basically
    too lazy to put it back on.

    I read a post from a member who uses heat when
    sleeping, and this sounds reasonable to me, also a post
    from a member who used warm-up heat in the shower.
    And another member who wants to incorporate heat with
    an extender. With heat being a viable component, I shall
    start using heat when I'm laying in bed/sleeping.

    Throughout the night I had no morning wood, so tonight
    if I don't have night wood I'll take a day off tomorrow.
    Otherwise, things are going well.

    Total Hours= 628

      Got in 16 hours of tension.

      Last night/morning had some good sleep
      wood, and also when I woke up, so today
      I will not rest. Fell asleep with the flax
      seed sock (heat) last night on me and it
      seemed to do OK. No problems with
      it. Surprisingly after hours on my body
      they still seemed warm. Woke up at 4 am
      and the device had slipped off, and I just rolled
      over and went back to sleep. So its a bit
      of a guess on the hours, so I went conservative.

      I received a different type of "knee brace" for
      the tension attachment, and tried it out (took
      a half hour to figure out how to put it on).
      Will try it out tomorrow for the first time.

      Looking at increasing tension soon.

      Everything going OK.

      Total Hours = 644 hours

        Got in 20 hours of tension.

        During the day the new knee support
        felt OK, but I think the tension was too
        low, so mid-day I tightened up the tension
        a little bit.

        Used the flax seed socks for heat in the
        evening. Slept OK. At 4 am woke up
        hard as a rock so I took it off for my
        remainder of sleep. Everything is very
        tight when I wake up hard, but no damage.

        Nothing to report out of the ordinary. Just
        the light tension. Oh, I may use a lab (science)
        calibration weight (500 grams) to compare
        it to my tension I am using. I am interested
        in seeing (guessing?) how many grams of tension
        I am using???

          21 hours


          Had another good day of tension, and some good news!
          While experimenting with my new knee brace for the
          tension attachment, it dawned on me that one could possible
          use 2 attachments at the same time.


          So, I first attached the "elastic tension attachment" (I don't
          know what to call it), and then attached the below the
          knee "elastic cord". So I have 2 different tension attachments
          at the same time, working different angles.


          This has improved my tension system dramatically. There
          is now a more consistent tension, both standing and sitting!


          I didn't sleep as well last night. I woke up at 4 am (usual
          good wood), and decided to heat up the flax seed socks and
          put them on. This woke me up too much and I couldn't
          go back to sleep.


          My new policy is sleep first. No more fooling with the
          flax socks in the middle of the night. Also, if the tension
          at night is bothering me, I will stop using it at night, sleeping
          has to be a priority.


          Nothing else major to report. I think my new "duel" tension
          system is going to work better. A higher tension and less
          "slippage". Still need a rough comparison of how much
          tension I have here, so I will compare with the 500 gram
          weigh (exact) over the weekend.

            Is your tension attachment with the silicone cup the egobooster? And since you started using it in January have you stopped doing manual PE? And do you think your silicone cup device has given you length gains?

              I looked at the "egobooster" website. It is similar (actually looks
              identical) to the device I have, but I purchased at another web-site.
              Looks the same though.

              My opinion of various products:

              For securing the penis glans I have used 2 types:
              1. The product "silicon cup" is what I initially purchased first. It fit me
              OK, but it would slip off. I started using an elastic "ankle wrap" to
              wrap the bottom. I just felt it was too much trouble, and sometimes
              I would wrap too tight and it would hurt ("egobooster").

              2. I recently started using a "vacADS" from autoextender (recommended
              by another member here). It is comfortable and doesn't fall off. I think
              it is less durable than the other. I've already torn through one of them.

              Because of durability issues I wrote the business who sold me the "silicon cup",
              and asked if he had a slightly smaller size because it sometimes would come
              off. He did have a slightly smaller size he called a "17mm", so when I ordered
              the "leg harness" I also order a 17mm silicon cup with it. I have not tried the
              "17mm silicon cup" yet. I will look at it over the weekend.

              For tension on the penis I have used 3 types:
              1. The "all natural cotton leg harness" on the "egobooster" site (again I used a different site, but they are the same I think). This is the one I just started using this week and wrote about a few days ago. I like it a lot. Comfortable, easy to put on.
              2. A leg strap made by TLC tugger called "Comfor Tug Tugging Strap", (also recommended by a member here). It is easy to put on, relatively comfortable).
              3. The "chest harness" (recommended by a member here) like
              the one at egobooster. I wear this at night.


              In my photo you can see the vacADs and both of the tension devices I
              noted above. I am using both at the same time and seems to be working for me.

              Schlittle, I have not been doing manual exercises, just the tension strap(s). As far as gains, I believe I have made length gains, although I havn't measured. I was measuring a lot in the fall
              of last year and getting too obsessed about it, so I havn't measured in a while.

              Things went well for another day. I'm really happy with using both
              tension devices at the same time. I believe also in the near future I'l be
              able to increase the tension a little more.

              During the day it was comfortable, and almost un-noticable tension.
              I used the fax sock at night while watching a movie (the movie "The Thing", if you like horror flicks, it was good). I did not fool with the flax socks when I went to bed. Sometime during the night the device slipped off. Had night-time wood, which is my positive sign. The device was slipping off while driving home from eating out at a restraunt, but did not come off (this is unusual).

              Looking foreword to testing my new silicon cup and also checking out the weight to compare tensions this weekend.

                  You're right on! For me it will be interesting too!! I have little free time now
                  with studies, so not a lot of time for anything really. This works for my
                  schedule, and we'll see if it works for some growth too!! Its DEFINATELY
                  helping with my flaccid hang.

                  Wow what a great day with my little tension. Tomorrow I'll finally check
                  on the tension comparision. I wore it basically all night. Had my best
                  night wood of my life, and hard erection when I got up. Have been using
                  flax socks upon waking up in the am for 15 minutes, and in the pm before
                  bedtime. Reduced edging a lot. I now believe I'll have to reduce edging
                  a lot because its just too much.

                  I'm really happy about the night wood and my sleep was excellent.
                  Pressing on.

                    22 hours

                    Finally did my comparison of weights, 500 grams vs. the tension cord/elastic.
                    When standing, the tension is coming in a little more than the 500 grams,
                    so I'm going to guess at 600-700 grams, best guess 600 grams. Sitting is
                    a different story. There is a considerable drop in tension, again guessing,
                    to maybe 200-300 grams. That's a pretty big difference.

                    I think I will need to up my standing tension to 800 grams, to compensate
                    for the drop when I am sitting. I will slowly be increasing the tension on
                    my devices to get the standing up a little higher.

                    Seems like when I say "22 hours", it is a variable tension and I have no
                    idea how much time at the more optimal 600 grams I have been doing??

                    When sleeping, I sleep on my side which drops the tension down to a much
                    lower level also.

                    I slept well, had good night/morning wood, and good am wake-up wood.

                    I need more tension I think.

                      Not much to report. Once again real good EQ, am wood.
                      Did not sleep well due to my team not winning in the NCAA
                      tournament. I decided not to increase the tension just yet
                      because of slight, slight soreness at the base. I consider
                      this a good sign, but I don't want to step it up any until
                      it goes away.

                        Not sure exactly on the hours, so I did my best conservative
                        guess.

                        Great news. My EQ is really through the roof, I had my
                        strongest erection of my life yesterday, rock hard, really
                        hard.

                        Its a great thing for things to be healthy and working well.
                        I'm guessing (??) its the heat I use twice a day that has
                        had such a positive effect. I didn't even sleep well the night
                        before.

                        Not too much soreness at all, so tomorrow (maybe) I'll
                        increase the tension a little. I've been debating whether
                        to increase at all because of positive PI's and seems like
                        I'm growing just doing what I'm doing (believe me its
                        getting bigger).

                        Slept really well. Gotta get a good nights sleep each night.

                          Increased tension slightly. Good wood.
                          Everything OK.

                          Woke up during the night with good wood,
                          with the device attached it was a little too
                          tight so I pulled it off. Making a mental
                          note that if my penis is increasing in girth size
                          I'll have to stop wearing the contraption at
                          night. It was uncomfortable but not painful.
                          Don't want to risk injury.

                          total hours = 783

                            15 hours

                            Tightened up the tension again. Slowly going to add a little more
                            tension. Things are going well. Nice night/am wood. Looking to
                            add an easier "clip" to take on/off my nightime chest harness.
                            Maybe i can go to a "hobby" store tomorrow, I think they'll
                            have something. Still doing the heat.

                              17 hours

                              Upped the tension again a little. Did not sleep well because
                              of life's stresses. Still had good wood and am erection!!

                              Replaced the fastener on the leg strap, and this seems to
                              work a lot better. I learned with the cord the longer the
                              cord the better. I gained a little in length with the new
                              fastener and it makes for a smoother tension. I believe
                              I can up the tension now because its working more like
                              a car's shock absorber. I think I can get some serious
                              tension of my leg apparatus.

                              I noticed I need to do the same with the chest harness,
                              reconfigue the stationary point up higher so I have the
                              same effect as the leg strap. I don't think it will be too
                              difficult.
