i wanted to share my new found progress. please excuse my dull sense of "speech" or sorry to bore you with how i write in forums. Ha. I seem to no have emotion with a keyboard. Anywho, I made a rather simple. Actually very simple; change in my routine, and it has yielded rather better than average results in a very short amount of time. Approx 4 days...
well here is the progress...
the first attatchment is after a session.
the second. recently with no workout since 1 day ago.
