  • Quest to be an above average asian~

    Stumbled onto this site a few weeks ago and finally decided to get started. A quick intro- I am a 23 year old Asian-American, 6'2" tall. I hit puberty very early, being as tall as 5'9" in middle school, and I've been the same size for 10 years now. If/when I see any gains, it’s because of PE and not some super late growth spurts (although it would be pretty sweet). I am a very outgoing, social guy despite the Asian stereo type of being quiet and shy. I’ve always been fairly confident of myself despite having a rather average sized penis but if I could pop some magic pill and grow a few inches... well a pretty easy decision. I’ve had many sexual partners (30+), mostly being Asian women. Majority don’t comment on the size of my penis, a handful has said it was painful and one said I was small (which I wasn't surprised, I am Asian after all).

    Ill be doing JP's 90 beginner routine. I did my first work out today and not sure if I did it correctly. Any help/input would be greatly appreciated.

    ~Measurements (BPEL-6"/GE 5.5" cut) I don’t know if I’m doing this correctly. My penis has slight upward curl, so I assume I push the ruler against the top part of my penis (so there isn’t a small air pocket between the penis/ruler) WHILE pressing against bone area? Is that correct? For the sake of consistent measurements, should I use BPEL? By pressing against my bone, I got an extra .5-.75", but if I set the ruler right above my erect penis, it's just over 5". Maybe my penis looks small since my hands are on the bigger side? The one thing going for me is that I naturally have decent girth (well for an Asian...)!

    ~Goal- Short term goal-BPEL/GE 7"x6". Long term goal 8"x6"



    Going over the JP90, it was a bit confusing, any input would be great

    Determining LOT (Loss of Tug)


    I have a strong tug at 12:00, medium tug at 9:00/3:00 and very little tug at 6:00. I’ll be exercising straight out and straight up AGAINST the tug. This also means my ligs aren’t loose and it’ll take longer for PE.

    Warming UP

    I dunk a washcloth in hot water, drain, then warm up for about 1min at a time for about 8-10 minutes.

    Basic Stretching Exercises

    ~Helicopter shakes- I understand the hand motion, but am I suppose to have a very firm grip and have tugging pressure outwards? Spinning my wrist in the "helicopter" motion for 5 rotations per sec? That’s pretty fast.

    It says to stretch towards the left/hold and do 25 quick kegals. Nowhere in the instructions does it say to hold to the right, so I did that too.

    ~"Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull. “What does this actually mean? I assumed it meant pull outwards parallel to the ground while I’m standing up and do 10 big "O" shaped clock wise twirls right, similar to the helicopter shake.

    ~Do Helicopter shakes

    ~Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.

    ~Do Helicopter shakes

    ~Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.

    ~finish with "Helicopter Shakes."


    WET Jelqing

    ~This also took a lot of time to do all reps as slowly as the description.

    ~"Slide, holding the grip, up to the glans. While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. When half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft." My hands are big or my penis is too small. Do I pull some of the skin back while I’m jelqing upwards with the other hand on the base (I am circumcised)? Maybe I didn’t use enough lube as it wasn’t sliding as easily as the description. It’s pretty much the first time I’m actually handling lube on my hand. Also being 60-70% erect was hard to be consistent with. Id either turn really flaccid or have a semi limped boner of 80-90%

    ~V Jelqs- "As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left." I assumed this meant exactly what it says, alternate left/right after both hand cycle counting as 1 jelq.

    ~Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs.

    ~Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.

    Warming Down

    ~warm down for 5-10 minutes

    ~~Ill be on the 5 day PE/2 days off

    Supplements


    How important is this? I’m actually on a long backpacking trip through Asia and finding/carrying some of this stuff might be difficult (I don’t speak the language in most of the countries).


    Anyhow, I’ll try to update every other day, Input is appreciated!

        its only been 3 days and ive already missed 1.5 work outs. I didnt realize how much of a pain in the ass it was to make time for this. long story short ive been really busy waking up early then going to bed exhausted tired. on the 2nd day i was able to get in the "stretches" and no jelqs while i was in the shower. I didnt do anything PE yesterday, but did the full work out today. I realize I kinda did a half ass job my very first day and/or my technique was bad.

        Is it just me or do i have too much skin on my penis? either that or i dont have decent length to do jelqs properly. Im having a hard time "slowly" jelqing forward towards the glan because my hands are too big/shaft is too short. btw, Im circumcised. Also, my erection tends to vary from 20%-80%, mostly hanging around the 30-50% range. Anyhow, Ill do 4 more days of workouts until my days off considering i just took 1.5 days off in the first 3 days.

          So far so good, have been putting in good work outs for the past couple of days which puts me at 3 in a row. 2 more days until my day off! I also have better technique from when i first started. I havnt measured yet, any idea whats a good frequency to measure (every day-every week seems very frequent)

            did my 4th work out today. I wasn't going to post but for some reason thought id jot down a few notes

            -My ligs/tug feels much stronger, as if I havnt t done any PE? Its a very tense feeling, almost as if i didn't warm up correctly. Maybe I need to put more time warming up. Is this positive or negative feedback?Is this normal?

            -I should write down how long my PE work outs are. I think it was about 45 minutes

            -I really hate V jelqing. My pubic hair is really very skin tight and it feels like stubs are poking my penis and pubic area. I dread doing them. Is it a bad idea to look for a new work out to replace the V jelqs?


            Ive decide to measure at the end of the 5 day work out. There are days when i feel/look bigger, and days where I look/feel clearly smaller. hmmm..

              did my 5th work out, was a bit more intense this time knowing ill have a couple of days off.

              I think i either measured incorrectly the 1st time or incorrectly this time. I had a hard time finding a "fair" BPEL because I got measurements of 5.75-6.25BPEL... which means i could have gained 1/4!! but most likely not, i did something wrong there. Girth seemed to be the same, maybe 1/8" -1/4" less but after measuring it a few times keeping my erection at the hardest point, i was pretty much the same. why do my measurements fluctuate so much?

              I think the most accurate measurements from here on out is to get the maximum BPEL, which ever number that is and go from there. I think my end of week 1 numbers regarding BPEL may be a little inflated with a little bit of human error

                Advice: if you have trouble doing a complete workout you should split your workout in two.

                Stretch in the morning right after you wake up, and jelq in the afternoon/evening when you get home from work/school. This reduces the block of time.

                  I just feel like the work out wont be as "intense", just like working out. a 2 a day isnt nearly as tough as a long intense 1 a day. but yes, ill keep that in mind. I was also considering doing less V jelqs, maybe get rid of the last set of 30? I really dont want to gain any more girth. I know im not small, but because i have big balls/tall/decent girth, i just LOOK smaller. I guess ill take the girth if given to me but dont want to invest any more time than i need to.

                  Also, from next week ill time/measure more precisely. I havnt really been able to find a ruler so i made one using my an app on my iphone. Thanks for the input ~~

                    just got off my first 2 day break. the work out took 50min. I couldn't help but remeasure myself because I was confident that I gained 1/4", and I did . or I didn't measure it right the first time, but I'm almost certain I measured and remeasure and BARELY was 6"bpel, average being 5.8" ish.

                    anyhow I didn't do my last set of v jelqs, I simple don't like it, nor do I care for girth. im tall an have huge balls, so the illusion my penis gives off is short etc.

                    I'll be very busy for the next few days and hopefully I can stay on schedule.

                      did a full "intense" work out 2 days ago right off my break. i got rid of the last set of V jeqs. ive been on planes and airports all day yesterday and havnt had time to put in a work out.

                      I was about to get started on my first work out today but the hot water doesnt work in my hotel, and foolishly decided to use the "luke warm" water. as i was stretching i felt a slight sting under my glans, ignored it then got to the jelqs. i might have slightly injured my penis, so going to take the next couple of days off :/
