    I started doing beginners routines about the 25th of Feb, but the routine documentation actually started on 3-9-12, as thats when I started compiling goals, measurements and routine accounts into a memo book. I won't go into extreme detail here, at this time but will infilitrate, what I think is relevant as I feel is needed. The following info is extracted from my memo book. I will start with the goals:

    SHORT TERM GOALS:

    1. Increase blood flow to penis and lower body region.
    2. Increase flaccid length as much as possible, but at least 1 inch.
    3. More Girth

    LONG TERM GOALS:

    1. Get penis to desired length & girth.
    2. Get penis fully conditioned and keep it that way.

    DEVICE TYPES BEING USED:

    1. Size Doctor extender with comfort strap.
    2. What A Grip (for keeping penis from turtling and encouraging extended flaccid length)
    3. Xleeve Starter Kit

    EXERCISE TYPES:

    1. Stretches
    Rotating, Horizontal, A

    2. Jelqs
    Regular (OK grip) V-Jelqs

    Before, I get on to the measurements section, I want to mention something about the extender routine, I'm doing. When, I first got this extender, I was trying to use it as much as possible, however due to problems with clothing etc and the noose, I decided to use it when I'm not up and running around. I try and devote 4- 6 hours as often as possible. With the comfort strap its a lot easier to keep it on, but sometimes, I have to get things lengthened out so, I can properly get my penis seated in the extender. I can't say this for sure, but I think it has helped me with a minimal size increase.

    ROUTINE ACCOUNT 03-11-2012

    2 day break from PE. This AM started using size doctor extender with comfort strap & foam. This worked OK with no slip offs. Used extender approx 2-3 hours. Finished up with jelqs and v-jelqs. Did approx 50- 100 reps. Response was good, able to maintain 30-40% erection. Brought to full erection w/o ejaculation & took measurements. Came out 1/2 inch more than previous measurements 3 days earlier.
    SUMMARY: Was able to complete session @ 30-40% erection w/o problems. Attained a full erection of short duration. Erection was hard, but stamina level was not long enough to remain at full erection for a longer period w/o ejaculation. Managed to control & stop ejaculation cycle.
    RECOMMENDATION: Keep working towards ability to maintain full erection for longer periods w/o ejaculation.

    Did the 10min warm-up, then stretches, followed by jelqs and v-jelqs. Was able to maintain 30-40% erection, but was not able to attain full erection. Having problems with this. Overall this was a good session, but it could have been better.

    This session was a complete disaster & don't know why. Couldn't even attain a good 30-40% erection. Nothing was working, not even porn. Maybe something psychological not sure.
