  • I'm back

If just completed my second round of excersizes after healing from my injury.

Here's my new routine. I took roughly a month and a half off, so I started back over completely.

12 minutes warm up with moist heating pad.
Two sets Directional stretches w/helicopter shakes in between
    5 minutes warm up
    10 minutes Jelq

Note: I'm doing the jelq (alternating between a 45 degree angle and straight out) with an overhand grip. This helps to keep me from pulling up my scrotum along with the fact that I have trouble maintaining EL when I jelq against my LOT, which, lucky me, is straight up.

    Good so far.

Looks good twomore. Sorry to hear about the injury, but you live and you learn. You will come back bigger and better this time! I've read through the LOT article but still don't really understand fully the basics. Are you supposed to jelq where the most tug is or something?

Anyway, all the best in your PE log. We'll see some gains soon i'm sure

Good luck with your new routine, TwoMore. It's a good idea to take it light, as you are doing, when you first start out after an injury. Make sure you get plenty of rest days, especially the first couple of weeks back. Good luck!

        Thanks Remek.

DT1988 - Loss of Tug is the point at which you feel no pull when you kegel. Your supposed to excersize in the opposite direction. This is how it works. While stratching, kegel at the follwing positions, straight up (noon), at 10 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 8, and then straight down for 6 o'clock. At whichever point you don't feel a pull when you kegel, this is your 'Loss of Tug'. Mine is 6, so I'm supposed to jelq straight up. You're supposed to make the best gains that way.

        Hope that helps.
