    Hi, all. I should've started a log back in February, but somehow skipped it. I started with the JP routine back then and kept on going for about a month I would say. Then after that, I picked another routine from a user named "coffee" something and did it for maybe 2-3 weeks.

    I got a bunch of good tips, etc. I stopped PEing for about 3 weeks I think and my penis got back to normal. I then checked if I had actually gained something and to a suprise, I had!

    I was 5.98" (15.2 cm) at max when I started, and after measuring it, I was at 6.25" (15.9 cm). I did really doubt that it was true, but I measured it a few more times, then the day after, and I really had gained almost 1 cm.

    How I measured from the start: I measured when standing up, of course. I use a measurng tape when I measure because of my upward curve... I don't think it's cheating. So if I use a ruler and measure it, my penis would be a little shorter.

    Anyway, that was my little story! Feel free to follow this thread, give tips, or whatever! I'm just gonna keep updating it, because it helps my motivation

    Current routine: JP's routine (restarted after 3 weeks break) -------- Trying to do 1 day on 1 day off, and sometimes switch up to 2 days on 2 days/1 day off (depends on privacy)

    DAY 4:

    Warmed up with my heatfan, which I keep on during the whole routine.

    Stretched a bit lighter today, because of my good routine yesterday. Got a bit too erect too often today, so I had to take lots of 20 seconds pauses in order to get flaccid again.

    Jelqing went good and slow, but I only did 2 sets of jelqs and 1 set of v jelqs. Felt that was enough for today.

    Went in the shower in hot water for about 10-15 mins. Applied some baby oil right before finishing shower on my penis, then applied some moisturizer with vitamin e on it after I dried myself up.

          Another routine - went good. Jelqing felt good.

          Edged around 15 mins after... then I failed and cummed withiout wanting too. Got a bit too far, lol. Not a fan of edging, I think it's pretty boring.

              Nicely done for the gains!
              Maybe it's time to up the intensity of your routine a bit? You seem more than conditioned to try new exercises which would help you grow faster. But then, maybe not.

                Thanks, mate!

                I've given it lots of thought and decided to wait for newer excircises. I might just do continue this routine til summer break, see how it goes, and maybe start on something after that.

                I just don't want to change anything as long as it works, you know!

                      Really good and long routine today (yesterday actually, forgot to update). Each jelq arund 4-5 seconds, so it took almost one hour and a half. Stretching went OK, but kinda slow, because I always became a bit eret and I dont want to stretch while beeing any kind of erected.

                      Edged around 10 mins (yes, that's enough for me), think my penis was at its biggest EVER.

                          This site was down the weekend for me, it's also very unstable now.

                            DAY 11

                            REALLY great workout today I must say! Jelqing went super good, felt every jelq made me grow, hah! Sometimes the jelqing is at a better level than other times. I think it depends on how much oil I use.

                            Last V Jelq set I only did 20 reps instead of 60, felt it was enough. Edged for 10 mins after that, then shower. Considered to ejaculate a little later, but no time. Also, feels better not to have done it afterwards.

                            Might do a routine tomorrow instead of an off day!
