  • Sebb's Routine Log / Progress Journal

    I began a few years ago at 12cm Girth x 16cm Length. Exercised on and off (mostly off) for a while until about half a month ago when I started a new routine.

    Today I'm 12.75cm Girth x 17.5cm Length. And my goal for now is 14.5cm Girth x 21cm Length. Once I get to that point, I'll decide what I want to do next in terms of cementing or trying for a little more. But that's likely a good time from now.

    I been gradually working up the last half a month to minimize donut effect and other nasty side effects. As of today, my routine is:


    5 Minute Testicle Massage
    10 Minutes Warm-Up
    5 Minutes Stretch (up, down, left, right, forward)
    10 Minutes Jelq
    2 Minutes assorted Girth Exercises
    20 Minutes Edging without Releasing
    60 Kegels

    Also working out my body to try to drop my last 5-10 unwanted pounds, utilizing testosterone and hgh boosting exercises and foods as well, to help speed up both my weight loss and possibly my gains. Not sure how much this will help, but it certainly can't hurt and I've been wanting abs for years anyway, so it doesn't matter either way.

    Also using a ball zinger after workouts. Not sure how much this is helping, but again: can't hurt.

    Hopefully my results continue to improve swiftly. My partner actually commented how I seem to have grown a lot since we met the other night. Definitely boosted morale haha.

    Well here we go. Let's see where this leads me.

    Completed my session a few hours ago for today.

    Couldn't do my exercises yesterday like I was supposed to. Had a funeral to go to and didn't have any alone time, so I had to just work out today instead. Really hate when I take off more days than I should, it feels like defeat each time lol.

      Welcome to the Gym, Sebbfe. Looks good. You might try edging at another time of the day
      to maximize the positive effects of this incredible exercise.

        Thanks for the advice! I stopped growing and gave up for a while there, but after reading a post here about limiting factor, I'm back at it again (about 8 days now). Been focusing on girth exercises. Edging more. Kegels. Working out each day too. Noticed it's gotten a lot harder and stays harder a lot longer too. Also noticed quite an increase in precum.

          Gains were coming, but slowly. Decided to switch things up and really focus on the hormonal effects of what I'm eating. Been eating a lot of cruciferous stuff lately, green tea, onions, etc. Avoiding more estrogenic food. Also been working out every day.

          Taking ideas from the SRT routine too, of using continuous stretching during the healing time after workouts to let it heal in it's longest state. Sorta like traction wrapping but without wrapping it and squeezing it inward lol. I'm curious to see how things will work now that I'm going about things differently. Hoping to make some awesome gains in the next few months. *crosses fingers*
