I began a few years ago at 12cm Girth x 16cm Length. Exercised on and off (mostly off) for a while until about half a month ago when I started a new routine.
Today I'm 12.75cm Girth x 17.5cm Length. And my goal for now is 14.5cm Girth x 21cm Length. Once I get to that point, I'll decide what I want to do next in terms of cementing or trying for a little more. But that's likely a good time from now.
I been gradually working up the last half a month to minimize donut effect and other nasty side effects. As of today, my routine is:
5 Minute Testicle Massage
10 Minutes Warm-Up
5 Minutes Stretch (up, down, left, right, forward)
10 Minutes Jelq
2 Minutes assorted Girth Exercises
20 Minutes Edging without Releasing
60 Kegels
Also working out my body to try to drop my last 5-10 unwanted pounds, utilizing testosterone and hgh boosting exercises and foods as well, to help speed up both my weight loss and possibly my gains. Not sure how much this will help, but it certainly can't hurt and I've been wanting abs for years anyway, so it doesn't matter either way.
Also using a ball zinger after workouts. Not sure how much this is helping, but again: can't hurt.
Hopefully my results continue to improve swiftly. My partner actually commented how I seem to have grown a lot since we met the other night. Definitely boosted morale haha.
