Progress with Kegels

Hey guys

I started doing Kegels two weeks ago, now i can prevent myself from ejaculating, but instead i have some type of internal ejaculation

after i have sex and after the internal ejaculation, i would say some minutes later or when i choose to pee i see my pee is very thick, i mean VERY, so i'm not sure if the semen goes in my bladder and then is expelled thru pee

thing is, i don't get the symptoms i used to get when i spent my jizz, before when i used to shot i felt really tired, my ears buzzing real hard and i found it hard to sleep, also my balls use to hurt a little, but now with this internal ejaculation i don't get those symptoms

another thing that got me very confused is that i loose my erection after the internal ejaculation, so it's not a multi orgasm as i've heard multi orgasms keep the penis erect, but this internal one doesn't, but i don't get tired, it is as if the semen wasn't casted and remained in the body, but i'm also confused since after such an orgasm when i go to pee the pee is very thick

i have this type of internal orgasm thanks to the pc muscle, the kegels ive done made it hard and strong, so just before i'm about to ejaculate i press on it, before during and after the orgasm i keep the pc muscle pressed with a strong lasting kegel, this in turn prevents all semen from going out, ALL of it, not one drop comes out, only one of those transparent lube type of drops come out in the end

so help me guys here, tell me if the semen goes into the bladder and is then expelled by pee or what exactly just happens?, thanks.

Next time try total relaxation during orgasm. Just let it come naturally without trying to force it. It sounds like your choking it off.

you mean to let the jizz come out?, i do put a lot of pressure at the time of orgasm with the kegel

This is a kegel issue probably with timing, strength may be an issue also.
In retro ejaculation the cum goes to the bladder and is urinated out. Not a problem short term but I suggest you don't make a habit.
The symptoms with normal ejaculation are of more concern they may just be dehydration but a doc visit may be an idea.
