    Overall summary
    Todays extending was okay but my wrapping technique when i wrap gauze below my glans to stop slippages is awful because everyday i wrap my dick with a flacid dick has possible but once in the extender the gauze is no longer snug on my outstretched dick and this means the gauze rides up and partially engulfs my glans which in turn puts a squeeze on my lower glans and then i just have to ride the double pain because as well as the glans squeeze my foreskin is being strangled beneath the noose so although i'm only doing a meagre amount of extending i have extended 16 days in a row and i'm pretty satisfied with what i've done because as time goes by i will get more used to extending for longer times and then my extending hours will pick up (yes this was a long sentence ).

      After all of the above extender days i gained an erection to regain good circulation in glans and while doing the erection i did some erect kegels and reverse erect kegels.

      Overall summary
      I've completed 3 good extender days.

      I got my new high tension springs the other day but at present the tension above 1500 grams is way too high for my dick. But at the end of my sessions i'm sure i will occasionally do a few minutes at an higher tension so i'm still pleased i bought it.

        150 side to side stretches (didn't rush doing them today)
        200 wet jelqs (standing)
        100 v jelqs (standing)
        20 minutes erection with some erect kegels and reverse erect kegels (i'm getting stronger and able to hold the erect kegel longer)

        Extender bar?: Still 3.5 inch bar.

        Overall summary
        Was going to attempt 6 hours today but my last extender session only lasted for 30 minutes before i started to sting and feel pain, so because my extender sessions were getting progressively shorter i decided that 4 hours was enough for today.

        Also did a bit of manual today and my jelqing left my dick hanging real well and i think that all the erect kegels that i've been doing over these past few weeks is really helping my glans expand when i jelq.

                    Overall summary
                    I cannot complain and i'm just slowly clocking up the extender hours. July 2nd was the date that i returned and reapplied myself to extending and since then i've clocked up sixty something hours (i will need to check my log for exactness) and my plan is to extend extend extend until the end of 2013 (yes you read that right) and by the end of 2013 i want to have clocked up over 2000 hours extending. Also i won't be measuring before 600 extender hours have been completed because not seeing gains is pretty disappointing and i would rather extend oblivious to wether i'm gaining or not.

                    Also while extending i'm quite happy to only do erect kegels after my last extender session, so i think manual over these next few months will be rare.

                      After looking back over my log and counting up all the extender hours that i've done since i rededicated myself to extending on July 2nd according to my adding skills i've extended 80 hours 57 minutes in 27 days. I'm pretty impressed with this because in the first half of the month on some days i was extending for 40 minutes but in the second half of this month i've really picked up my extending hours and with 3 days of the month still left my aim is to have have completed a total of 95 hours extending. And if i carry on extending like i've been extending these past 2 weeks i should easily complete another 130 extender hours in the month of August. And if by the end of August i've completed a total of 230 extender hours then that will be awesome.

                      And after seeing a few more guys starting threads saying that they've "extended for a months and gained nothing" i've decided i must restart doing manual PE (at the end of my extender days).. and from tonight i'm going to start doing "side to side stretches and supra slammers" and i'll do manual 5 days a weeks and with the side to sides i'll build up the reps daily.

                      Although i haven't gained this year i'm still massively optimistic that by the end of the year i will of made excellent gains. And when i've completed 5 full years of PE, which will be at the end of 2015, i'm also massively optimistic that i will have a dick size above 8x6 and that will be a 5 year gain of about 2 inches length and an inch girth. And when i get those gains with 5 years of PE i will be delighted with those gains.

                        5 supra slammer...raising 1 rep each week until i reach a maximum of 20

                          good job raking up the extender hours! I think you're idea of waiting to measure is spot on, I rarely measure anymore either for the same reasons. I'm sure that you will be seeing gains this year with your level of dedication!

                            Thanks Donjelqer! And with your awesome PE dedication i have no doubt whatsoever by the end of the year you'll be getting some nice gains too.

                              Overall summary
                              On Sunday i reintroduced supra slammers and jelqs into my routine but my extending the very next day was awful because i think the slammers exhausted my glans and extending with glans the size of a peanut was near impossible. So because extending is my number one PE priority i'm gonna drop jelqs and slammers and my manual will just be the side to side stretches and then afterwards erect kegels.

                                I was doing Jelqs but decided that I'am not going to do them as much. since my goal is strictly length!!!.
                                I have been slacking on my wieghts but I will fix that soon. I'm do for a measurement very soon!!
