    Thanks Danner mate! But you are the best jelquer i know.. and you get such wonderful expansion with every jelq. If i was a good jelqer as you are i would always do my jelqs whenever i did a manual workout. Can't you do lower erection jelqs to target length?

    And you've done 600 hours of using Monty's weights so i wouldn't call that slacking you are doing awesomely.

    And i can't wait for your new measurement results.

        Overall summary
        My extending today wasn't great because my wrap technique was atrocious and my first extender session lasted 1 hour 30 minutes before the pain was too much and by my last extender session i was only able to last 30 minutes before the stinging pain became intolerable. But i'm still perfectly on target to have completed 230 extender hours by the end of the month.

                  Hi Jama! Yeah i'm feeling pretty good about my extending at the moment and i think if i'm more persistant with it (i wasn't last time) i'll get some good gains this time.

                  I don't know if you read but a few months back i took a decon break and i lost a ton of dick and went from 7 bpel to 6.68 bpel. I think the 6.68 was probably terrible EQ after such a long decon break because i had a sneaky peak the other day and i've almost but not quite got my gains back. So because i'm on an upward curve i think when i next officially measure on 500 extender hours i should (hopefully) be a fair bit bigger than 7 bpel.

                      20 minute erection to regain good circulation in glans + did some reverse erect kegels with a few less ordinary erect kegels.

                      Extender bar length?: After using 3.5 inch added bar for first 2 hour 7 minutes i then did my last 2 hours extending with a 4 inch added bar.

                      Days since restarting extending + extender hours?: Day 50 / 179 hours 4 minutes

                      Overall summary
                      Today was a significant step because after an awful long time stuck with a 3.5 inch bar on my extender (X4) i finally attempted using a 4 inch bar and although when mounting in i was stretched to the limit i will now be definately staying with the 4 inch bar.

                        In the past i've never much bothered about EQ (erection quality) but since i've been practising erect kegels (for well over a month) now my cock is always at maximum when erect and because it's now bursting at the cock seams i think it will eventually overflow into a big cocky.

                        I've also noticed a small abrasion under my foreskin and although it's not a big deal i will still take it easy with extending this week because i don't want to make it any worse.

                            Although i reported yesterday that i had to drop back down from 4 inch added bar to the 3.5 inch added bar i'm still very pleased with my progress thus far because once mounting into the extender with the 3.5 inch added bar was a very difficult and a very daunting proposition (it was so daunting my extender looked as tall as the empire state building in the King Kong film) but these days i mount into it with ease and i would be flabbergasted if i'm soon not mounting back into the 4 inch bar with ease, but as reported yesterday i can get into it but i'm just overstretching a wee bit too much at present.

                            Also i've decided i will next measure at exactly 333 hours 20 minutes and then 666 hours 40 minutes and then 1000 hours extending. So my first measurement should be at the end of next month.

                                I haven't been commiting to extending these past two weeks (like i had previously) but from this weekend i will recommit and put more extender hours in.

                                These past few days i've also been doing clamping and although i wouldn't mind an extra inch girth (it would be nice to be a freak) i feel that the clamping has cut down my capability in staying in the extender for long sessions because these past couple of days i've been stinging in the extender after only a few minutes and i put this down to clamping; for example usually my first extender session of the day i'm able to stay in it for 1.5 + hours, so i think i will stop the clamping and see if my first extender session get longer again.

                                Also i've noticed that the gauze wrap that i put below my glans to do extending helps me get a better grip on my uncut dick during manual stretches, so i'm hoping this extra grip and power will help get me a little extra length by christmas.

                                Lastly i will eventually add up all my extender hours for next time when i do this progress log.
