    Days since restarting extending + extender hours?: Day 75 / 267 hours 24 minutes

    Overall summary
    My extending has been pretty weak this past 2 weeks, but this weekend i'm going to try to get myself back on track by doing a minimum of 12 hours.

      Well that was but a dream from an overenthusiatic young man (yes i'm still young!!!!!!!!!!! )

      15 September
      2 hours 45 minutes extending
      basic stretches in 9 directions x 2 (i did one in the direction of Australia and one in the direction of the north pole + many other directions)
      2 clamping sets (10 minutes each set)

      please note: i really must stop clamping because i feel it stops me from lasting as long in the extender

      basic stretches in 9 directionsx 2
      4 v-stretches (1 minute 30 seconds each stretch)
      20 minutes jelqs (alternated a few times between basic jelq and v-jelq)
      5 supra slammers
      7 minutes of erect kegels (mostly reverse)
      25 minute edge

      Days since restarting extending + extender hours?: Day 77 / 273 hours 54 minutes

      Overall summary
      On the downside i didn't do as many extender hours as i intended but on the upside todays manual workout went excellently. And as i said in an earlier log i now leave on my gauze after extending to do manual and this gives me a more powerful longer lasting grip, and during todays v-stretches my grip was lasting for ages and i hope over time this will give me some nice growth.

      Now i log off.

          Overall summary
          Part way through this week i was going to completely give up manual PE and just concentrate on extending but today i decided that doing edging along with supra slammers (+ jelqing) could get some dick growing hormones shooting around my body which could trigger dick growth (i will keep my fingers crossed this will happen ). So i will do these a few days a week.

          Also i know lots of guys say bodybuilding supplements don't help with PE but this week i bought this protein powder http://www.amazon.co.uk/product-reviews/B000PVT30M and i've also bought this which i take before sleep 17-T Somatocri-MX . The main purposes for buying these is to build a little extra muscle but i'm also hoping by taking these supplements a little extra dick might come my way.

                      I certainly am. I thought to myself, why put all your eggs in one basket and go for just length when you can put your eggs in two baskets and go for both length and girth.

                        That's funny, I feel like my tunica is just a stubborn ass...i hope it becomes loser! lol is it possible to make it loser or does it just depend how many layers of tunica you have? Thanks for the reps mate!

                          Your rep was well deserved. And i'm assuming you mean looser and not loser? I think only long decon breaks can make it less tough like it use to be when we first began. Although i took a 2 month decon break earlier in the year but i got no fast growth when i resumed. So maybe my decon break should've been much longer than 2 months.

                            Overall summary
                            I had a measure last evening and i suppose if i wanted to be generous i could say i'm almost back to 7 bpel but more accurately i'm 6.9 bpel. It's over 3 months since i returned from my decon break and i'm still not at my size before i started my decon (7 bpel).

                            So either (A) my 2 month decon break wasn't enough to decondition my tough tunica. Or (B) my extender and hands which do manual aren't strong enough to give me any more growth. So who knows which one it is. All i can be sure of is that my present forms of PE aren't working and i need to change something. Sure i regained a bit of size since returning from my decon but most people regain their lost size when returning from a decon break in days to weeks and then on top of that they usually gain a bit of extra size.

                            So after much thought (1 days worth) i've decided i'm going to buy an hanger. In the past i've made a captains wench but my wench making was lousy so i will buy a bib of some kind and see if that can restart my gains.

                            My uncut dick is really sore from extending so i'm going to rest until i get my hanger.

                            Later edit: For now forget the hanging because today (Saturday) i'm going try some advanced manual length exercises.. and we'll see if this can at last jolt my dick into a new bigger size.

                              Advanced length routine... Day 01 (September 29 2012)

                              Wrapped uncut dick with gauze so i could have a better grip and more strength during manual. 20 minute ricesock warm up. Then i permormed all PE exercises in front of an heater.
                              50 minutes of random advanced manual stretches
                              ...bundled stretches
                              ...DLD blasters
                              ...Blue whale mandingo stretches
                              ...v-stretches
                              ...A-stretches
                              7 minute warm down

                              My above 50 minute manual stretch routine involved all of the above exercises but unfortunately i can't put them in a specific order because i was jumping from one stretch to another. For example if i had a developing erection and i had ideas on next doing a mandingo stretch obviously with a developing erection this would not be possible so i had to quickly skip onto another exercise and come back to the mandingo later. All i can be specific with is that i ended my routine with 30 DLD blasters (they are a short version of the A-stretch) and then after them i did a 2 minute A-stretch to finish off my workout.

                              Overall summary
                              It feels great to be doing purely manual and with the gauze on my dick i feel more power and a better grip and hopefully over the next month or two i will start to see excellent gains. I must stick to the advanced though because basic stretches no longer work for me.

                              Today my PE workout was done pretty freestyle (just like Jayz ) and it was basically made up as i went along. Tonight however i've written down tomorrow's workout routine so when i do tomorrow's log entry it should be more specific as to exactly what i did.
