    I hope to inspire and share my personal experiences to all members especially asians. Break the stereotype of asians have small penises. I know it is not true as some of us have big ones. Ok without further ado i would to give you a basic rundown on what i have been doing from beginning. I started on the month of january with stat of BPEL 6.0''x 4.7''. Yes, it is not an impressive length but i worked it out to BPEL 6.3''x4.8'' on my third month of PE. Thanks to JP for his 'Jp's 90 days beginner routines' (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html) which is a great conditioning regimen. I will be contented if i can cross 7''x5.5" (nbpel). Longer even better. Will not give up until i reach my goal. Which men don't want a big dick?

    So, i'm end with my 90days and it is time for me to move up to a little more advanced routine:

    Up to date:
    30/6/12
    a) warm up (10mins)
    b) stretches to all directions with 25 kegels in each side (left,right,out,down)
    c) jelqing (200reps)
    d) V jelq (90reps)
    e) Uli (5reps) 60secs each
    f) Edging (1hour)
    g) 30 JAI stretches,100 quick kegels and 10 long kegels along the day.

    Still having morning woods. No negative PI.

    3/7/12

    a) warm up (10mins)
    b) stretches to all directions with 25 kegels in each side (left,right,out,down)
    c) jelqing (150reps)
    d) V jelq (90reps)
    e) Edging (1hour)
    f) 10 long kegels and quick kegels along the day

    I'm your near 100% match, just 4 months ahead. My advice is to stick to your routine if you're still progressing and feel good. I was probably too complacent and over-confident based on newbie/EQ-related BPEL gains and became too girth focused. The good thing is that squeezes and then supra slammers helped my girth gains over the next few months but my BPEL hasn't progressed as much over the past few months. It's still nice to break the Asian stereotypes with length and girth closer to 75th percentile rather than 50th percentile (according to the Lifestyle Condoms data on MrAverage.com). See you at 90th percentile club next year.
    11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")
    2/18/2012: BPEL: 6.375", MEG: 4.875"
    5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")
    7/3/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5 3/16"

        Current: 13/11/2013 NBPEL 6 5/8 inches MEG 4 7/5 inches BEG 5 1/8 inches

        Goal: BPEL 8 inches NBPEL 7 inches MEG 5 inches

          c) jelqing (100reps)
          d) 10 long kegels and quick kegels along the day
          Will add more squeezes n uli for the coming routines

              I'm horny today so i masturbated and bust my nuts after my pe regimen. I'm not drinking enough water. Hence, the rope created is not impressive
