I hope to inspire and share my personal experiences to all members especially asians. Break the stereotype of asians have small penises. I know it is not true as some of us have big ones. Ok without further ado i would to give you a basic rundown on what i have been doing from beginning. I started on the month of january with stat of BPEL 6.0''x 4.7''. Yes, it is not an impressive length but i worked it out to BPEL 6.3''x4.8'' on my third month of PE. Thanks to JP for his 'Jp's 90 days beginner routines' (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html) which is a great conditioning regimen. I will be contented if i can cross 7''x5.5" (nbpel). Longer even better. Will not give up until i reach my goal. Which men don't want a big dick?
So, i'm end with my 90days and it is time for me to move up to a little more advanced routine:
Up to date:
30/6/12
a) warm up (10mins)
b) stretches to all directions with 25 kegels in each side (left,right,out,down)
c) jelqing (200reps)
d) V jelq (90reps)
e) Uli (5reps) 60secs each
f) Edging (1hour)
g) 30 JAI stretches,100 quick kegels and 10 long kegels along the day.
Still having morning woods. No negative PI.

d) V jelq (90reps)
