Mon/Wed/Fri 10 minutes of 30s tunica tugs, 15 minutes of 1 minute Ulis, and 100 STS stretches whenever I visit the bathroom, maybe 4-5 times a day. I'm wondering though, if the STS is a bit too much and taking away from recovery, but PIs are perfect. I'll stick to this for a while and monitor the results. It might very well be just the tunica tugs and Ulis would suffice and the rest of the time should be devoted to recovery. This would actually resemble the "penis yoga" routine in another thread, which I'm following with interest (if some scepticism).
MMO training has taken a leap forward now that I understand the contribution of PC and BC better. I still lose it if I go over the PONR carelessly, but hitting the PC brakes hard (not just the BC!) at arousal level of 9.5/10 I can go past the PONR without losing a drop. Concentrating hard is most likely taking a toll on the quality of the orgasm so the headrush (the fireworks etc. , you know) is not quite there like when you just crash over the top, but everything else is just as described: No cum (just clear precum), no dip in EQ, can keep on stimulating through PONR, but the urge to cum passes yet the arousal level stays at 8-9 until the next wave comes over.
So it definitely seems the key to DO/MMO success is a PC kegel or a full PC/BC kegel, not just the frontal BC kegel like I used to think.
