From here I am going to take PE more seriously. I have been on and off for over 6 months.
I have completed JP's beginners routine and since then have never been consistant and from what I can see; consistency is the key
to success.
In this Log I am going to concentrate on length gains because personally I want that more then girth, girth can come later.
I've just completed my first 5 days of being consistant then I'm taking 2 days off and am going for another 5 days, after a month I'm going to switch to 2 days on 1 day off and see how that goes.
Here we go!
Current Stats 07/21/2012 :
BPEL: 7.2"
NBPEL: 6.8"
Routine:
through your legs and slowly go down on one knee) This stretch is the best I have come across. 1 set 6 reps, 3 per hand 30 seconds
per rep.
So that's it! I like this routine it takes me about 45 minutes to complete so hopefully I can keep it up!
Any advice and support is more then welcome!
And so it begins!
I'm going to post once a week after each 5 day cycle has been completed.
