My PE carreer so far:
Starting by a really nasty comment from my girlfriend about how she thought I was below average in size, (always thought I was an average guy, mavbe abit long and thin but still in the window of average, with measures of NBEL 6.1 and EG 4.5 ). This was news that I just couldn’t be comfortable with. I tried to just accept the fact, but it was still in the back of my head. So when I went to A-stan as a soldier I got a lot of dead time on the internet. I started googleing on average penis sizes, surgical methods and other things, mostly just for fun. In the end of my tour I found out about the JES Extender (ADS). So I thought it was logicall. If people in Africa can stretch their lips and even neck, why not the dick?! So when I got back I bought an ADS called Male Edge. Their instructions where “as many hours of use as possible”. So I started with over 30 hours the first week, going with a really aggressive tension. Doing this I also started reading about PE (found *************) and spent hours every day reading on the forum, as well as on other similar forums. I got really hooked and wanted gains, wanted to try every method and every routine. So during the following month I tried basically every manuall technique I heard of, clamping with different clamps, hanging with 2-3 different homemade hangers, and tried a vaccum pump. I got some really fast gains (most likely lig gains) the first weeks. Now I have a really low lot and mostly work SO/SU/OTS.
The pump was by far the thing I regret the most. Using the pump really destroyed my erections. No matter how low pressure and how short sets, I always lost my erections using the pump. After 4-5 days of pumping 15 min a day I couldn’t get an erection at all. All my life I always had a really good EQ so this scared me very much. I through the pump away and decided to never use one again.
Then after learning much more about PE, I realized that even if I hadn’t got any injures I probably started too aggressive and needed to decide a long term strategi/routine. The one good thing about my start though, is that I got a lot of experience of using different techniques and tools, and not only reading about others experience. Of course, to really evaluate a technique you need to give it at least a couple of months but some things I still found out. For example, I knew what hangers that wouldn’t work for me and that the pump was shit. So I thought that it’s too late too go back completely and start with the newbie routine. When it comes to studies or working out, I’ve always gone pretty hard and aggressive (always with good results) so for me this was just natural, but I need to look at this differently. I was sorry that no one just could have explained every thing about PE to me, before I even started, so that I could have started with the newbie routine and slowly increase.
