  • Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there. I am curious to know if I am doing something wrong that would be causing me not to gain. I have been doing PE on a regular basis since January 4 of this year. I have maybe taken a total of 20 days off since I started (for vacations and such) but other than that I have not missed 1 workout. When I first started I was 6.5 BPEL and 4.15MSEG.. Today I am 6.9 BPEL and 4.5 MSEG... the problem is.. I have not seen ANY improvement in the last 5 months of PE. The only changes come right after a session with my bathmate.. I am about 7X5 after that.. and it lasts anywhere from 2-10 hours depending on how much I use my penis..

I took the initiative to become a customer of Big Al in early February to ensure my workouts would be as effective as possible.. and although his support and advice is cherished.. sometimes I feel like maybe I have hit the wall and can no longer gain.

Has anyone else gone 5-6 months with no gains after their newbie gains?

I can only imagine your frustration. I do have a few suggestions though:

    - some claim that a good conditioning break has helped them through a plateau

    - You may be over training. Perhaps you should look into a 2 on 1 off schedule?

    - You may just need to go after some more intense exercises. Hanging helped me get through a length plateau

I hope you're able to get things back on track where you want to be. Be persistent and experiment a little, I have faith in you

I can't imagine I am not using enough intensity.. maybe I am overtraining... Is it possible to over train without getting negative PI's?

Actually, I have had a stall mate in PE with girth and length for a period of time but then things slowly picked up. I could have been life situations, an non corresponding exercise in my routine, diet, my body re-adapting, etc...

The point is there are stall points even lifting weights you will find stall points at times. My length was at a stall point for about that time period, just recently did I notice the slight gain. Happens.

Don't worry, some people are hard gainers, i'm beginning to believe that I myself am one!

But gains will come, with dedication and perseverance And with Big Al coaching you you are in excellent hands

If you feel that you are overtraining talk to Big Al about it, he has more expertise than any of us here and he can answer your questions much better than I ever could

Have you expressed your concerns to him?

We have been emailing and I am to switch my routine up again any day now. I have a hard time judging how sore I am because I lift weights actively 3-5 X a week and I am so used to staying sore I don't know what feeling 100% is like anymore these days. I bought the penis exercising book back when I started in January and have read up on the negative and positive PI's and I have not had any negative PI's in over 5 months. I understand PE is a long term commitment and I am all about it.. I just dont want to be wasting my time and find out down the road I could have done something different to be more efficient. I am not sure if I am overtraining but I really dont think there is any way that I am undertraining. I actually really enjoy the workouts these days and look forward to my PE sessions... I may not be giving myself adequate rest though as I tend to try and sneak in at least a light pumping session on waht should be my off days.
