Most of you here hate me. That's because I am an asshole. That's okay. I'll still share my experiences with you, because most of you still give me advice when I ask.
I started PE on September 26th, 2011. My starting stats were around 6.6"NBPx5.4"EG. I did a newbie routine that consisted of BTC, SD, SO, and SU manual stretches, 25-50 A-Stretch's with Kegeling (DLD Blasters), 300-600 Jelqs and a testicle massage and scrotum stretch. I did that routine until the end of January, pretty much every damn day. Took over 2 hours most nights, including warm ups. Beginning of January I got a SizeGenetics extender and used it for about a month (couple hours a day). I gained very little. Maybe .25" length and .1" girth. Most I believe were from improved EQ.
Then I got a Bathmate. From the beginning of February to about mid April, I stopped doing stretches and extending and focused on pumping. Then I stopped pumping to work on length again because I was told by a doctor pumping and tying off/cock ring wearing can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, making it harder to stretch. We agreed that length work should be done first, then acquire girth after you reach your length goals.
April 13th, I measured myself:
BPFSL - 8"
NBPFSL - 6.85"
BPEL - 7.75"
NBPEL - 6.85"
Upper Shaft EG - 5.85"
Lower Shaft EG - 5.54"
BEG - 6.1"
I did 5 weeks of just extender use. 2 hours/day first week, 3 the next etc.
Then I started back doing manuals, 1 set at first of BTC, SD, SO and SU each direction. Then eventually 2 sets in a day (usually). All the while, I stayed wearing extender 6-8 hours a day. I started with the testicle massage and scrotal stretches again as well.
I remained jelqing 300-800 times a night throughout my whole PE career, not every night, but the nights I felt like I had the EQ or if I just wanted to. (I am now going to start jelqing each night regardless of EQ and jelq at about 50-60%, as I've read the tissue is the most pliable and formable at this level of engorgement, since I want length, this is what I want.) Any other girth work will not be done.
I do stretches throughout the day now, whenever I take off my extender to pee. Usually SD, SO, and SU, 30 sec each time, then back on goes extender (I grip with toilet paper just below glans when at work, better grip than baby powder, but kinda painful).
I measured again July 20th. Nothing significant but saw some BPFSL gains:
BPFSL - 8.6"
NBPFSL - 7.5"
BPEL - 7.75"
NBPEL - 6.9"
Upper Shaft EG - 5.75"
Lower Shaft EG - 5.55"
BEG - 6.1"
(My girth fluctuates. I measure the other day and it was 5.85" Upper Shaft.)
I also started PGE1 injections (safely, with the supervision of a medically trained professional) but I won't comment on these until I have been on them for another two months.
I also started hanging as well. (Thursday)
I am going to take a different approach to PE form this point forward. I will no longer do the same routine each day, but mix it up. I will keep track of it through this thread. See what things work and what don't. You guys can give me advice too and tell me what I'm doing right and wrong. It would be greatly appreciated.
