    Hi, I'm Mike Shlort.

    Most of you here hate me. That's because I am an asshole. That's okay. I'll still share my experiences with you, because most of you still give me advice when I ask.

    I started PE on September 26th, 2011. My starting stats were around 6.6"NBPx5.4"EG. I did a newbie routine that consisted of BTC, SD, SO, and SU manual stretches, 25-50 A-Stretch's with Kegeling (DLD Blasters), 300-600 Jelqs and a testicle massage and scrotum stretch. I did that routine until the end of January, pretty much every damn day. Took over 2 hours most nights, including warm ups. Beginning of January I got a SizeGenetics extender and used it for about a month (couple hours a day). I gained very little. Maybe .25" length and .1" girth. Most I believe were from improved EQ.

    Then I got a Bathmate. From the beginning of February to about mid April, I stopped doing stretches and extending and focused on pumping. Then I stopped pumping to work on length again because I was told by a doctor pumping and tying off/cock ring wearing can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, making it harder to stretch. We agreed that length work should be done first, then acquire girth after you reach your length goals.

    April 13th, I measured myself:
    BPFSL - 8"
    NBPFSL - 6.85"
    BPEL - 7.75"
    NBPEL - 6.85"
    Upper Shaft EG - 5.85"
    Lower Shaft EG - 5.54"
    BEG - 6.1"

    I did 5 weeks of just extender use. 2 hours/day first week, 3 the next etc.
    Then I started back doing manuals, 1 set at first of BTC, SD, SO and SU each direction. Then eventually 2 sets in a day (usually). All the while, I stayed wearing extender 6-8 hours a day. I started with the testicle massage and scrotal stretches again as well.
    I remained jelqing 300-800 times a night throughout my whole PE career, not every night, but the nights I felt like I had the EQ or if I just wanted to. (I am now going to start jelqing each night regardless of EQ and jelq at about 50-60%, as I've read the tissue is the most pliable and formable at this level of engorgement, since I want length, this is what I want.) Any other girth work will not be done.

    I do stretches throughout the day now, whenever I take off my extender to pee. Usually SD, SO, and SU, 30 sec each time, then back on goes extender (I grip with toilet paper just below glans when at work, better grip than baby powder, but kinda painful).

    I measured again July 20th. Nothing significant but saw some BPFSL gains:

    BPFSL - 8.6"
    NBPFSL - 7.5"
    BPEL - 7.75"
    NBPEL - 6.9"
    Upper Shaft EG - 5.75"
    Lower Shaft EG - 5.55"
    BEG - 6.1"
    (My girth fluctuates. I measure the other day and it was 5.85" Upper Shaft.)

    I also started PGE1 injections (safely, with the supervision of a medically trained professional) but I won't comment on these until I have been on them for another two months.

    I also started hanging as well. (Thursday)

    I am going to take a different approach to PE form this point forward. I will no longer do the same routine each day, but mix it up. I will keep track of it through this thread. See what things work and what don't. You guys can give me advice too and tell me what I'm doing right and wrong. It would be greatly appreciated.

    Here are my photos from Aug 8th.
    Hopefully a year from now, it will be much bigger.

    Next measure date is October 13.

    It looks like you're off to a good start - what you're doing is obviously working for you so stick with it. I also like adding variety to my routines - just remember to stay disciplined and always push yourself no matter what routine you do that day. I think that once you get used to the hanger attachment and can start adding on some weight you'll be gaining length again in no time.

        Love the nice old wooden ruler Mike. You sure work hard at it. One thing I can say is even if you don't get huge results you already have a fantastic sized penis.
        I have read a few of you posts as I hiked around the site. Some hot water you have been in. I know the feeling myself as I say things before thinking it through. I have been attacked by vicious women and men, leaving me in tears, my hubby said just quit the site, I could not do that...it has a magical magnetic hold on me. Love this site. But over time I have come to realise that when it comes to penises...it is a sensitive issue. I have read treads where guys are being insecure with sizes of 7x5. Maybe for talking our minds we are outcasts not assholes Mike.

          I have found variety to work wonders. Keep your cock guessing. I do what i can when i can, but make sure to clamp, hang, and jelq everyday if possible. That's about a 30 min workout, so it's easy to fit in the schedule.

                Mikes Mrs - Thanks for the compliment but I feel it is still not what I'd like it to be. Don't worry about what people say here, you shouldn't get upset. They are just acting defensive due to insecurities or beliefs they hold that differ from your view. They probably think you are being malicious when you are just being honest.

                NCC707- Thanks, I am hoping by switching it up I will give my penis many new stretches and target differnt areas.

                keepwinning - PGE1 is used for ED. If you are interested, search information about it online. Speak to your doctor or urologist about it, but beware, they will probably dismiss the idea and try to shove you out the door. I will post some links about it on this thread soon. And I will talk about my personal experience with it once I start seeing some significant results (next measure is Oct 13)

                Padawan787 - That's a very good article, and the guy looks freaking ripped so I know he knows a thing about exercise and the body. You don't look like that without knowing exactly what you're doing. I am still focusing on progression, but instead of following the exact same routine daily, I will be adding different exercises and doing them at different times. Not necessarily to trick the penis, but more to try and widen the chance of me doing an exercise that works for me, like he mentions in the article.

                  I have no done PE since Thursday. I had a terrible few days since Thursday night, did not do any PE, no gym, ate poorly, poor sleep habits.

                  I masturbated hard 6 times Friday and I still feel overworked so I did a long warm up - about 25 good min of heating pad then bean bag in microwave. I will not masturbate or look at porn for at least two months (next measure is Oct 13 and I want to have max EQ). I will likely look at some tits online for my measurement. (But no watching sex or anything hard for the measure, I believe that porn desensitizes you. When I don't watch it for a long time, I get erections all the time from looking at fully clothed women, which is a good thing)

                  Did 15-20 min of manual stretching, all directions - I used the approach where you pull out as slowly as possible to maximize possible stretch and it really worked. The long warmup helped. I will be incorporating this into my manual stretching sessions from now on.                   Did about 5 min of bundled stretches, all directions - used same slow pullout approach. Was the first time i've done bundled stretches so it was kinda weird but seemed ok. I will use these stretches again, probably by themselves next time.

                  Did a couple A-stretches (DLD Blasters) to finish off. I am in an extender now, will apply a heating pad soon. I measured BPFSL post workout to make sure I hadn't lost any gains since I hadn't PEd in a few days, I'm nearly 8.75", the longest I've measured after a workout is maybe 8.85", so this is okay. I can see myself gaining some BPFSL with this routine if I continue.

                  I felt bad about not eating much this weekend and not working out becuase I was on such a good roll at the gym last week, but shit happens. I felt as though I shrunk but doing the PE tonight I have a mirror beside me and I looked into it and I looked bulky and had all the right muscles and toned in all the right places so I feel okay about starting over again. I will hit it hard Monday with low weight. I feel that I can gain back another 10lbs of lean muscle in the next month if I apply myself. Right now I am probably a few lbs shy of 190, maybe 185lbs in the morning. My goal for a month from now is 195lbs in the morning without being fat - I still want my half-assed six pack(which is a six pack when I flex, still looks good when standing relaxed, but not like it does on a lot of guys with low body fat and big muscles). So I will have to eat properly and smart.

                  This is good, because I feel I am starting over both in exercising and PE fresh, with a good base size and shape. I feel I can add on to my penis and body properly, it'll just take time. I've been going hard for a year straight now so it's been kind of getting stagnant lately but I have added motivation to keep up the routine and work it until I plateau.

                  Adding the PGE1 and hanging into my routine and the personal incentives I have for my body goals makes it so I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will be content with reachable gains that I believe I can acquire in 3-4 months. Then I will finally be able to go out and try to enjoy my hard work (after a year of restricting myself to only focusing on the goals.) I feel it will be necessary to take a break and enjoy my progress to move to the next level. My sanity and drive has been lacking lately because of routine and patterned (groundhog day type) weeks, but putting forth these goals makes it seem like I can continue hard another 3 months to victory.

                  The goals for the next 3 months are:
                  7.25" NBPEL (From 6.9")
                  6" Upper Shaft EG (From 5.8")
                  195lbs (from 185ish lbs)
                  More pronounced body, less body fat, more cut, bulkier muscles, better stomach (body fat on stomach is target)

                  Extended for about 1.5 hours.
                  Put on heating pad after extending for about 20 min.

                  Just did 1 injection of PGE1 (about 26.5) @ 11:45. Estimated engorgement time = 2-2.5 hours. Level of engorgement = 90-95% at first pretty surprising because of all the jacking off. Going down steadily. 85% at this point(12:10). 1:40 AM - still around 80-85%. Kegeling keeps it hard and achy. All that jerking off and it's still looking nice and meaty, although not as big, thick and hard as it was when I was doing the jerking. I still think this shit really does wonders for EQ. Hopefully it will get me to where I need to be. Going to bed, I imagine I have another half hour before it starts to drop significantly.

                  No jelqing tonight. I don't want to exercise while on a dose yet.

                    Testicle massage after waking.
                    10 min bundled manual stretches.
                    Extender around 8 hours today.
                    Took off extender about every 2 hours, did 1.5 min manual stretching.
                    20 minute manual stretch session + scrotum stretches
                    Now hanging 3 lbs... hurts like bitch. Not sure how people do this and tighten it as far as they can. I can't it hurts way too much, feels bad. Crushing my internal cock. Did only one set of 20 min.
                    One 15 minute set of kettle bell v-stretch - 4lbs

                    Did not go to gym today. Feel like shit, genuinely exhausted from poor weekend, back hurts (today is back day).

                      Around 8 hours of extender today.
                      20 min manual stretch session + scrotum stretches
                      12 DLD blasters (a-stretch)

                      Did a PGE1 shot (28) @ 940. Did not tie off this time. Erection currently around 80%(easily bendable) @ 9:54. Will try same dose Thursday with tying off while injecting to see if EQ is better.
                      Edged for nearly 30 min, EQ got better (90-95%). At about 85% now (10:40)
                      11:06 - down to about 70-75% :\
                      5 min of erect stretching, brought EQ way down.
                      11:30ish - erection was almost at 55%, decided to edge. Back up to 95% edging (11:44)
                      Will take a 30 count of PGE1 next dose. No edging next dose. Will tie off for dose.
                      12:40 - erection gone, fat pump from edging. Came a little bit when edging (hooker on webcam got me going) Penis still feels good, not shrunken at all.

                        5 min manuals
                        Extender for about 5 hours.
                        Piss stretches in between.
                        (took it easy, penis was weak and sore from too much edging last night)
                        2 sets of hanging 3lbs - 20 min. each set. Wanted to go for a third but pecker feels numb, like a foot falling asleep.

                        Finally stopped being a pussy and hit the gym (shoulders + stomach). Went fairly hard. Now I can't stop getting an erection when I try to put my hanger on. To those of you with poor EQ who don't bother to work out: lose the dick pills and high carb diets and start doing something that makes your heart pump and makes you sweat.

                          Not much PE today. Sore as fuck from over training due to too much masturbating last friday and edging on tuesday.

                          Extender about 3 hours.
                          3 sets of piss stretches.

                          Biked to and from work today (55km total). Cock feels rearing to go now. I am not going to train but I am going to do my PGE1 dose and hopefully have a 2+ hour rager.

                          Injected (28) @ 9:30. Tied off until engorged. At about 85% after 10 min.
                          Very nice EQ for two hours. Erection going down now (70% @ 11:50).
                          Had nice erections and erotic dreams all night. Yay.

                            1.5 hours of extending.
                            2 sets of hanging 3lbs (25 min and 20 min). Heating pad in between sets.
                            Couple manual piss sets.
                            Extender for another 1-1.5 hours.

                            Hit gym (arms). Felt fatigued and weak from getting back into, however still went hard. Have a nice swell, feel good now. Did not work stomach. In and out in an hour.

                            Couple manual stretches.
                            One more set of hanging 3 lbs for 20 min.

                              I just wrote a large article on hanging, using all the information I have been given by hangers, as well as including all the links from all the resources I've found in an organized manner. It's basically a couple months of research compiled into three posts. Anyone who is interested in hanging or information relating to it should check out the posts to get all the information needed to get set up and understanding the theory of hanging. Basically I just put everything relevant into one place for the convenience of my PE allies.

                              I would have posted it here but I have discontinued posting in my progress thread on this forum. I guess if I am violating the PE gym code by putting a link to another forum I can copy and paste the article here, but I feel that it is best served in context with my progress thread and current routines. There is tons of relevant information in my thread and I spent a fair bit of time compiling the data for the article so that it will make the lives of other PEers easier. I see so many people going at PE with incorrect procedures, myself included in the past, so I am hoping to share my mistakes and what I have learned with the PE community to make it better and have the proper methods advertised more wide spread.
